EDIT- Based on your choices, the cheapest to make would be Chitoge: Blonde long wig = around $10 USD Bow = $1 White long sleeve = $7 Sailor collar = $3 (requires sewing) Skirt = $5-10 depending on what kind. You could easily find a circle or skater skirt. Total: less than $30 if you find the right things |
