More so friends iRL than hanging on MAL, but I do have my moments when I binge on MAL. I still hang out iRL though, it's just slower on those days due to people out of town or whatever.

I go out, I ride my bike, run, workout, etc... I just don't hang out. I would love to workout with some of my friends, but they all say this kind of stuff is lame and that it is a waste of time. Obvously, my opinion is totally opposite to theirs.
I had an idea of making a workout progression/body transformation video, but now I just gave up on asking them. I don't know how would I film myself with a smartphone.
