| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A bunch of focus on flashbacks delusions including with Mikaela. And this episode really also gives more of the tragic but also lighthearted tone as well. Hiiragi is just adorable still though. :3 I just love her chemistry with Yuu even in combat.  |

| I'm loving all the the anime-original bits and the extended scenes so far, it makes the story flow nicely compared to the manga imo. It's been 1 chapter/1 episode adaptation so far but seems like they'll be speeding things up a bit in the next episode. Makes sense if they want end this cour properly with chapter 15. | Finally Mika, looking badass. I'm really like Yu as a character and Shinoa as well. (I'm sure something will come between them) The animation for the scythe was out of this world, that was fun to watch. The only thing I don't like about this is the ending song, but the opening make's up for that 10 times over. Also, I just ordered the first 4 volumes and will buy the rest, I cannot wait.... |

| I hope that stupid vampire hasn't corrupted Mika and he's still nice. Him being a vampire hopefully won't turn out terribly for Yuu. Looks like guns can't kill vampires, huh? Maybe only the demon weapons work or something, not too sure yet :) Can't wait for the next episode, i'm even hoping they release season 2 earlier lol, i don't want to wait till October. |

| The cursed weapons are pretty cool, and the delusion was a pretty interesting idea. Surprised to see that vampire from episode 1 is still alive, but I am intrigued about how he and Mikaela are going to influence things now that they know where to find Yuichiro. |

| Power that use Oni is introduced. It is needed to defeat vampire, but also needs cooperation. A place to train with oni power is introduced when one of those who bullied (not allowed) entered. The reason he was not officially in the real team, the revenge and guilt. That's why he saw the group in the vision that oni shown. He overcame when he recognized his friend is fake. The kind one is alive?? So he's a vampire now according to the next ep.'s title?! |

Except that the fight in the beginning of the episode was completely out of place and felt like it desperately tried to keep attention of viewers and also further poisoned the main character. All of his actions and personality seem so forced and unnatural. Repulsive. |

| How did they even get that demon trapped underground in the first place? How did humans figure out making contracts with it will give them weapons to fight vampires? If majority of them were wiped by that disease and another majority were killed by those random giant monsters, how did they organize themselves in a way where they could defeat such unprecedented challenges and have this special anti vampire unit? |
