| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- One of the more intense episodes, at least in terms of action. Fubuki seriously had problems fighting and was almost on the verge of being sunk...well, almost anyways. But of course she survives since she is main protagonist. Fight felt pretty fast tbh. Watching Fubuki was suffering. Come on Kongou, save your friend Her remodel looks plain as hell D: |

| So Akagi and Kaga where asked to help out Fubuki with her remodel. Which helped in the end. But looking at Fubuki's remodel not much has changed appearance wise, i did spot some obvious changes tho. Which is making me wonder how her performance in battle will be next time. |
| Wow, that's her remodel? Just wow... Have to agree with Fubuki, that's some wasted effort right there... Compared to Yuudachi who looks much more unique than before, has some nice details and her equipment. :/ |

| Would've liked a little longer for Fubuki's level-grinding to get a second remodel (I wasn't aware she'd had her first remodel. Going by the whole "I was never allowed to sortie with everyone else" thing from previous episodes, I'd assume she didn't have much in the way of levels). But well, gotta prepare for the final battle. Again, it's a shame this is only 12 episodes, because aside from one blip it's been a fun show to watch. Also, minor disappointment that Kongou didn't get even a background appearance in this episode, unless I missed something. |

| That battle with Fubuki being so captivated by the idea of remodeling, I liked how she didn't evolve from that as it just wasn't the right way to achieve something. Admiral's dream does look pretty interesting, haha. Fubuki getting chosen to be Akagi's escort after testing her. The music was really cool and how she managed to still hit that last plane with the forces working against her. Akagi respecting Fubuki's determination and continuing to the end! Slightly disappointed on her remodel but looking forward to her being the center of the mission. |

| Dem Mutsu X Nagato vibes though! I totally ship them! :3 Fubuki got what she deserved; being overconfident in her abilities and recklessness almost killed her there. Actually, she would've died if she wasn't the main character. So that commander called Fubuki alone before and said he saw her in a dream? Ah, poor guy was probably getting ready to initiate his "HaremColle Keikaku." XD Remodeled Fubuki looks exactly the same, except she got new equipment. Why does she yearn for Oppai though? Commander is no longer in the show. Well, unless if she has hots for Akagi and wants to get in some Yuri action, then that's a different story. Average episode. Need more screentime for other characters. Bucky doesn't interest me much. |

| I enjoyed the training montages that Fubuki went through in this episode and the trial that Akagi put her through was great Other than that I'm really disappointed by Fubuki's remodeling.....It looks so plain, boring and vastly underwhelming. Talk about a huge letdown/deflation of hype -_- She better be loads stronger otherwise meh |

| Bucky surprised me this episode. She got way too obsessed about being remodeled. The training she was doing was fine. But to go out of position to try to defeat the enemy by herself is out of character for her. |

| If that dream of Fubuki wearing the white dress expressing her "love" to the incompetent teitoku is a outright sarcasm to the fan base, that would give me a new respect for the production team; not only they are so detached from what the fans wanted, they have the balls to tell their fans "Yes it is what I thought you all wanted, I'm so genius!" if not, that's still a sloppily done scene that someone has the brilliant idea of after hearing the word "waifu", so why not put the Kanmusume in the white dress? It's insultingly bad. It can't be redone. Besides the lack of passion and dedication from everyone involve in the production we also have to bear the embarrassingly and stupidly made business practice by someone who clearly doesn't understand a bit about otaku culture and storytelling still have to leave his shit stain everywhere it's easily the worst anime of this season. That is the death of an anime, the people making it doesn't give a fuck. How hard it is to make a show like what you said "70% SoL, and 30% action"? Please, whoever made that call to kill off Kisaragi stay away from the anime industry forever, we don't need you. OP-kun and ED-kun deserve better. |

| Anticlimactic remodel is anticlimactic. Ok, so Fubuki manages to defeat one wave of enemies out of the 20 times she got her ass handed to her. That's not really comforting if she's going to be an escort. Admiral why. You have Shimakaze, Kongou, and the perfect Nagato there, why waste time on Fubuki. It's a shame they made Mutsu yuri-fied. It's such a waste. It was an ok episode. Kind of "eh". |
