| Hmm, shit went down. Kaneki was tortured because Jason was tortured. Suzuya drove a motorcycle and killed lots of ghouls. Amon fought the Bin Brothers by himself with his awesome quinque. Shit's going down next episode. Tsukiyama, Yomo, and Uta will battle Mister High C. Touka will fight Ayato. CCG will fight the One-Eyed Owl. White-Haired Kaneki appears! |

I have a feeling I am going to hate the crap out of this anime when I do. But in the mean time it's just meh. 3/5 and it could have been a 5/5, what a shame. |

| To all the people who are still hoping for a good last episode,give it up. So many things are still unfinished,there is no actual way that everything will be included in one episode. So yeah,don't expect much badassnes from white haired Kaneki. Even if I wouldn't know the manga, I would still call this shit,can't belive they censoring this,when what they censor is nothing out of the ordinary. |
| I felt like I should be enjoying this a lot more but for some reason, I coudn't. Creators want me to be interested in those secondary characters who got the most of screentime this time but I know almost nothing about them. I DON'T CARE what happens to them. Amon may be an exception but I don't root for him as he is on bad side of barricade fighting against ghouls. Everyone other... is not worth of attention. Therefore this was only WANNA-BE badass episode for me, it went through me with literally no impact. And what's even worse - somehow Kaneki already got those white hair and we don't know how. Was it work of that centipede perhaps? I know this could be explained in the next episode but talk about bad pacing. |

| Even with all of the things that were skipped to make this episode possible, it still turned out a little better than I thought it would. If it wasn't censored the episode would have been just a corn better than complete shit. In fairness, though, I must say that if you stop trying to compare every scene with pages from the manga it isn't really that bad. They skipped a lot of stuff, especially from the beginning of the manga, they speedballed the pacing, and left out some Kaneki's personality/character development- but when you don't try to rate how it stands up to the original material, it's actually a good show. The biggest problem is the censoring, when you've not got your handy dandy manga collection by the tv waiting for you to scrutinize every frame under the microscope. |

| You know what made Kaneki's transformation in the manga so badass and satisfying in the end? Every painful little detail, the interactions with the other characters and that you had a sense of it actually taking some time to reach this point of total madness. Well, why don't we just skip and cencor 80% of it?! Why... why would they ever do that? If you don't want to make 2 seasons, fine, but then end it before at the next best battle instead of rushing to ruin the so far best part of the entire manga with really, really bad pacing. >_< I mean, if the story was so far in sonic speed... this episode it jumped to light speed just to make sure to ruin just about anything that's left. But watch out, if you blink next episode you might miss the 5 minutes of badass Kaneki that we get before everything is over... -_- |

Touka finally battling her younger brother! and Kaneki, the white haired version, has arrived and better be destroying next episode. This better end with a cliffhanger, shocker, or a bang! |

| I haven't read the manga nor the previous comments. But I can clearly notice the excessive fast pace, geez. That said, Kaneki's torture was fucking awkward and gross, is there an episode where he doesn't get beaten up or tortured? |

| Kaneki's torture was supposed to be an ordeal not only physical but psychological, and more importantly something he had to go through alone. A long, painful and lonely descent into madness that would leave him scarred and changed for the rest of his days. A moment when he finally comes to the realization that he has not to accept his inner ghoul, but to embrace and 'become' it. Those ten days of torture are meant to be a major turning point in Kaneki's life as a ghoul (and as a human being), and adding Banjou and his crew coming for moral support or shortening the scene to a few hours completely defeats the purpose of that. I was at the very least hoping Pierrot would get their shit together and handle that part right... Guess I was wrong. PS: Tokyo Ghoul: Kagunehood when? |

| cliff hanger from hell - just like last week D; I haven't gotten very far on the manga yet so can't speak to the slaughter going on there. But this episode did feel a bit disjointed to me; it was all just miniscule story telling with no big climax or purpose other than to show peoples' different ambitions and badassery (or lack there of) for the fight. I'm probably just too used to binge watching and utterly terrible at this week to week to week bs. :P One ep left, I don't anticipate the cliff hanger to subside much. D; |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

| THIS ARC IS COMPLETELY RUINED!!! they too focused on ccg, and that meaningless fight between Amon and Bin brothers no anti-aogiri escape plan and recapture, no Rize-illusion in Kaneki's memory, and many others deep plot development they skipped 0.5/5 Akazoku said: Also very intense were the scenes were Kaneki was tortured.
