As for the actual episode, i thought the mix up was confusing, but thankfully the DNA test was negative so that didn't matter. I was still able to feel the emotion come through. (Good 7/10) |

Clannad was NOT an eroge game. it was completely clean and for all ages. it's "sequel" Tomoyo After, however, was an eroge as well as Kanon and Air. just wanted to point that out. anyways, yeah, this show was wasted potential. but i still enjoyed akira's arc minus the sex scenes. the conflict in kazuha's story was weak (if you can even call it a conflict) and i never liked kazuha's attitude as a main character. not looking forward to nao's arc because i never liked her either. |

| So, after episode 5 the anime changed? Now Haru's with Akira not Kazuha? Nah, weird. & i thought the anime was about the brothers, but after watching all those episodes, i noticed that Sora almost doens't appear. Her scenes are almost all the time waiting for Haru or playing with her bunny. ;A; |

| I can't stand how this anime wastes its potential on pointless sex scenes (twice in an episode, including the stupid maid bits after the first ED). The drama is pretty alright and not too forced. Indeed, this arc was more enjoyable than the previous one and it touched me at more than one moment, like when the mother hugged Akira, that was a quite beautiful scene. But this deep drama mood that the anime is trying to set (and partially succeeds at) is completely ruined by the sex. Are the creators trying to resemble some sort of a soft hentai? It's just completely out of place, all the squeezing and stuff. That, and the lack of Sora, kill the episode in terms of enjoyment. 5+/10 |
