| I really liked this episode and how everyone gives Riki support and encouragement as the new leader. There were a lot things said about first season but I for one really enjoyed it manly because of the Little Busters! themselves, I liked every member and they made this Anime for me. There the type of people you wish you can hang out and be friends with. Now its time for Refrain and see what Little Busters! can really do. I can't wait. |

| Little Busters Season 1 has finally finished up. All in all, it was a pretty bad adaptation. Not the worst, but very far from the best. Well, i have higher hopes for Refrain. I still think they should have ended it with Riki falling asleep because of his narcolepsy as a lead in to Season 2. spoilers for Refrain I wonder how they'll start Seasoon 2 off, because it looks like that maybe Kurugaya's route might also be included. anyway, i gave the VN a 8.5/10 but the anime only gets a 6/10 from me. :/ |

| I'll miss watching the opening. I like the theme of Riki stepping out of Kyousuke's shadow and making his own way in the world. They have so much bromance that I kept thinking that Mio would just pop up between them, haha. And apparently the secret to winning in baseball is to have a bunch of cute girls on your team. Refrain better be good, or else... I'll regret not having played the VN first, haha. |

| 3/10 overall and that is solely from what I saw in these 26 episodes because no i've never played the VN. I only finished this because I want to see Refrain that everyone is so hyped about. If this wasn't KEY I would not have stuck around, that's for sure. | This series was pretty good I guess. I just wish Kengo would've been this gung-ho during the first 95% of the series! Dude's hilarious when he's actually involved and enthusiastic! There's still a lot of questions to be answered and things to be covered, but hopefully the second season will cover them. The little teaser for "Refrain" looked really interesting, I'll be sure to tune into that when it comes out! But yeah, all in all a pretty good anime. 7/10 |

| Say what you want...this was average at best. You can't rate what now is a prequel "good" just because you have very high expectations for the sequel. I've been reading this for weeks and it has been old since the first time. The recent past episodes have had "refrain" tossed in more times than I can count and that somehow makes what is currently happen better? These 26 episodes were very average although (of course) necessary to watch the sequel. Doesn't change the fact that THIS was not up to par. Maybe the next arc will be but save that talk for those threads. I'll say it again, this content of the LB! story isn't "amazing" because of Refrain. That just makes refrain good. As far as anime is considered maybe this will be like a Clannad where the second season greatly outshines the first. Introductory and then emotional drama avalanche. The difference, Clannad's S1 was still very good. 6/10 I don't see this breaking a cumulative 8. |

| Quite the anime this is. I think the strong underline of "the secret of the world" pulled me through this one, but there were worthwhile moments throughout the character arcs that made it somewhat pleasant to watch. I stopped myself from going to recent episode discussions cause of the lovely spoilers for Refrain but for what was hyped up for this show, it was unimpressive overall and disappointing. I'll definitely pick up the next season though,- oh ffs, I'll admit that the teaser at the end of this episode had me damn intrigued. To me, this is the mediocre wishy washy prologue to the real story. 7/10 |

| Well at the very least this series kept me entertained. I've only been watching the anime so I don't know what to expect from Refrain, but the mood of that teaser just makes me feel like this is going to be a Clannad repeat for me (S1 being meh, S2 blowing me away). A 7/10 from me, definitely tuning in for the next season. |

| I´m here for the last time, giving my final review of this serie. Episode rating: 3.5/5. Good aura, the emotions were well, nice baseball match (after all they won), well ending for the S1. Now, the most important part: Final Review Story: 7/10 Strong in various parts, but every arc was short and rushed. Art: 5/10 I didn´t noticed much enthusiasm with this. Some scenes looked like a 2001-2003 anime. Sound: 8/10 Key always did good soundtracks, and this wasn´t the exception. Cast voices also were good. Character: 7/10 There was good characters, but they didn´t gave too much importance to others. This also was affected by the short-duration arcs. Enjoyment: 8/10 I don´t have so much to say here. Only that if You´re a Key follower and You like his VNs, maybe you should like this. OVERALL: 7 Season 1 Final Score: 7. ---------------------------------- So, I have to say goodbye to all of You for a little time. I ´ll miss coming to the forum every week to discuss the weekly chapter. Also, goodbye Busters!, see ya later, maybe at the end of 2013 if we´re lucky... | 8/10 from me. No adaptation will be the same as game/book/manga so I won't complain on that - they moved things here and there, added stuff but in the end it worked. Weakest part were visuals and, of course, soundtrack - from time to time it felt random or didn't fit the scenes. For sure it was uneven, some great stuff mixed with trully mediocre one. In terms of enjoyment it was awesome - I liked the changes, they expanded a bit Komari's role and went more into "Secret of the World" thing. Anime-only watchers might be lost here on the other side so I'm glad I've played the game. Finally it's my favourite Key adaptation - Clannad had irritating main character (not to mention his best friend), Air was disjointed thing and I couldn't stand faces in Kanon (it might be good but it was too much for me). |
| At first I was thinking of giving LB! 8/10 but the first half of the show lowered it to 7/10 due to how J.C Staff portrayed some of the scene poorly. The second half was the more enjoyable for me and was happy that the quality improved. Overall score: 7/10 |
| Honestly, I didn't play the novel, but anime`s story pretty much went nowhere. The only reason i gave it six is because the art was pretty. Well, the preview for next season seemed interesting, so I hope it`ll get better. |
| Yay second season! Man those hints make me want to see the second season so badly. Guess I'll see everyone around for season two, was fun chatting with everyone! Oh Mio, always good with the MOE points. Glad to see everyone working together so hard, oh man looking forward to Refrain so bad now. Glad to see all the development coming to fruition here, also Riki x Rin <3. That heartfelt scene between Riki and Kyousuke was really good too, "You need to surpass me, Riki. Become stronger." It's interesting how they managed to get all the heroines to come talk with Riki about how he helped them so naturally. Man that scene with Haruka & Mio <3 and also the one with Komari, Kud & Kurugaya <3. Watching Riki struggle was also quite interesting and man was it satisfying to see all the girls help him in the end. Man this part here almost brought me to tears. That high-five at the end! Kyousuke: "Riki, ever since we were kids, we shared our fun and laughter. We've spent time together that made our hearts dance. But every story has to come to an end. No one can stay a kid forever. Time passes, and people grow up. There will be a day when we will no longer be together." That baseball game, talk about all the buildup to watch something so awesome. Great to see them all working together so well. Glad to also see that all the other side characters and EX route characters got a small cameo on the side watching the game. The picture at the end made this whole season worth it, It was a bumpy ride but it certainly turned out a lot better than expected. I'm kind of sad already that we won't have Little Busters to watch for quite some time... This was overall a good adaptation of this part of the VN, I enjoyed the fact that they played the full version of "Little Busters! ~TV animation ver.~" to top it all off. I wonder if Refrain will play the Little Jumpers version for the end of Refrain. SO EXCITED! |

| Enjoyed it but man, admins really need to remove the 'romance' genre from Little Busters' mal entry, Anyway, enjoyed the ride, was fun to watch, I'd give it 7/10 but I'll be generous and give it 8 for the brilliant music. Second season, we await you! |
