| I'll rate hentai the same way I rate any anime. I don't see a reason to give hentai a handicap. The 'fapability' of a hentai just goes under enjoyment which factors in a portion of the final score. |
| I rate it based on multiple things though it's more like intuition. The art, story, setting, characters, and the fetishes. Any scenes that I don't like, rape and the like, it goes down. And since hentai is meant for a different purpose than regular anime, it only needs a couple of things that I don't like will bring it down to a 2 or 3. While on the other hand if it's interesting and has a high fapability then I could go as high as 9. Btw my favorite one is probably Jinkou Shoujo while the art isn't great, the scenes are very nice. A shapeshifting andriod that you can turn to any size or make look like anybody. |

| I rate them by their ability to fulfill their intended purpose (IE: Were they hot or not) and to what degree. They do not get rated by my normal system of standards otherwise, they'd all end up in the red for lack of plot, characters, and technical specs like good animation and music which wouldn't really be fair in my opinion since a small number of them are actually worth watching. |

| I don't usually rate hentai, but when I do, I'd give 'em all 10. Hentai has the most re-watch value to me compared to other anime. My fav. probably Crimson Climax. VivaLaGin said: first you need to see how amazing a hentai can be by watching the best one (saishuu chikan densha) , then go from there. There's another good trope of it, Crimson Girls, Chikan Licence. And better version: SCD Next. |

| If it's Ahegao, Loli, and Ntr, it gets an automatic 7. Anything else and it gets a 5 or 6. This is the formula I should be usuing, but in truth, I usually rate them by how much I enjoyed them at that moment, and that's typically pretty high. Then thinking back months after watching them, I can't help but lower the rating. |

| I go with the normal MAL system (story, art, sound, characters, enjoyment) but I give it a different scale than normal anime. Obviously story is not as important as normal, and I'd say probably art actually has a lot more to do with it compared to the others than in anime. |
