| I knew almost all anime directed by Shin Onuma is a hit or miss, and for this one I'm towards for the later. I would be more interested in picking up Scarlet Nexus again (any SN watcher here btw? How is it going?), but let's see how it goes. |

| First episode was okay Rules are pretty simple lol there was one pretty meh CGI moment. I find it odd that the MC did so well on killing that monster especially since he has "no experience" but I'm sure we will know more about that later. Looking forward to this anime hope it picks up. |

| Maybe the world was slightly interesting and had something going for it, but the characters man... the supporting cast is all typical goofy side characters and our mc is generic and as dull as ever. He also comes with the new-guy/weak character trait as well! Maybe he shows some competence near the end but he just stood there and yelled while his laser drone did all the work. Nonetheless, I found that all actually somewhat bearable. What REALLY turned me off was all the "I want to be a hero!' bs. Please just give me a break man. My cringe-o-meter just broke. And I don't have to mention that BEAUTIFULLY animated monster now, do I? To be fair I think it's too early to comfortable slap a "bad" or "good" (if you see this as good) badge on it right away. While all the symptoms are pointing to a heaping pile of trash, I still I think it deserves at least one more episode to prove itself. If it doesn't do anything to wow me in the 2nd episode, easy drop. |

| To throw my hat into the ring. Personally, I liked the visuals, except for the CGI. The first episode where also quite all over the place, and felt unsure. Still, I do feel that this show got some potential, as long as the CGI can be overlooked. |

| If you have seen a crocodile attack from the water to an animal on land, and you compare it to this frog-thing that jumps from the water in front of the characters and just stares at them for 2 minutes while they talk, you will see how crappy this anime is. |

| It was quite a pretentious debut episode with all that futuristic ammunation gear and talks about "be yourself or die somewhere else". Quite strange that our squad fights without helmets but whatever, maybe Asylum is a tropical place. Daniel is a white crow with his desire to become a hero among his teammates that know what is real war but he proved his serviceability for the gun fights. Okay, there was nothing repulsive for me to stop watching the show, let's dive deeper into the hostile underground world. |

| Hideous looking monster for sure but outside of that I thought it was fairly decent for a smartphone game show I thought. Movement static as fuck but at least the art style is tidy. MC is a weirdo. |
| Very mixed feelings. The story, the admosphere and animation (outside the CGI) could have lead to an incredible anime, but everything just looks like a mix of the worst choices possibles for every aspects. |

| The PV was so mysterious and cool. WTF is this episode! I am oddly reminded of Gibiate. These characters seem extremely fashionable for soldiers that it makes them look incompetent. The female characters' voices surprised me a bit. The designs made me think they'd have those extremely high voices. Nothing stood out about the story. It seems like it was made to be a cheap game, rather than an anime. |
| I actually quite enjoyed this episode towards the start, but then the scarred appeared and the animation on that really just killed it for me. It's not so bad I'm gonna drop this, it's just really really ugly, like it looks super out of place. Also the backing music felt very adventure-fantasy anime instead of sci-fi anime, especially in that fight scene. Kinda tired of animes where the entire motive of the main guy is that he wants to be a hero, it gets boring after a while. Other than that I like the looks of Vera, Larry and Mochinoki but the main guy just feels like another generic anime protagonist |
| So... why the Antartic Front ppl treats their main source of work (recruits) like dead meat with no introduction of their work, keeping all the stuff like top secret and likely letting them go to the field to die? I cant convice myself with the cheap "only the ppl made for this survives their 1st trip and its of use for us" bs Also, their way of do stuff is so stupid, asking for permission to shut a freaking monster that can kill you in 1 second or the use of that FIBE? When that CGI monster appeared, why they had like 20 minutes to explain what it was and giving instructions? You usually study all the stuff you know about those monsters and how to deal all of them, right? Why would you do that in the moment? Well, I hope this gets any better |

| That was a somewhat interesting premise with some good visuals ...at least until that monster showed up and ruined it, where I find the bad cgi not being the biggest issue but its ridiculous design. |

| The synopsis for this series sounded really interesting but almost straight away you can tell (if you weren't aware, I wasn't) that this is based on some sort of game. I figured it would be in the vain of God Eater or Monster Hunter but apparently it's actually a turn based rpg which is weird. Anyway I'll stick with it since I've started and it's only 12 episodes but it's a shame the promo art and synopsis make this seem like a different series altogether. Oh and Silver Link's adversion to proper line art can be hit and miss and for me it's a big miss this time. |
