| It was meh, but I liked the fireworks scene. I also enjoyed the music, but that was basically it; I'm not a big fan of the show to begin with anyways. 5/10. |

| Mio has developed quite an attitude, I am surprised. Found this pretty relaxing and nice. Missed old ED and OP, esp Vidro Miyou. But the new ones were really good, too. I am a fan of the original work, so yup, I enjoyed it. |

| Im not sure how to feel about the OVA, I just binge watched the entire season and this OVA felt lacking. They already showed us Ichika returning so I though we'd get a reunion scene or something. Well at least Mio and tetsuo are a couple. 9/10 Main season 7/10 the OVA |

| It was a decent episode, nothing out of the ordinary or special. I'll give it a 6/10. I really hope there will be a sequel to this. They should make an OVA where Kaito visits Ishika in space and meets her family and sees her planet. If not in an OVA make it part of the sequel if its going to happen. I think that would be an interesting plot point that would breathe some fresh air into the series instead of her going back to earth. I mean they have the spaceship to travel there now which means Kaito could possibly travel to her planet with the help of Remon or she comes back due to Earth having advanced technology thus no longer making it a Planet F development. |

You can see Ichika wearing the Bolivia shirt bought by Kaito sis. The condition of Ichika returning is for the earth to have space advancement to seek and join the federation. In the last scene of the ova the MIB able to build a spaceship and Ichika able to return. |

| So, er, what the hell was the point of this OVA/episode 13 if not to actually directly show Ichika returning to earth, as was so clearly implied to have happened in episode 12? Sure, we had time to show a second instance where Remon got everyone drunk, but not to more solidly confirm the obvious about Ichika's return. And in not accomplishing that and wasting time on that pointless rehash, I can say with confidence that this OVA accomplished literally nothing and that it has no business existing whatsoever: everything we see happen in this OVA was already implied in episode 12's ending montage, and with far better execution as well. 4/10. An entirely pointless OVA. |
| The person who posted in the episode 12 thread was right. It is pretty much inconclusive. It's more fanservicy this time. It's mostly memory of events not shown in the anime but captured on tape, when they were tipsy. It has slightly better animation. For most of this episode, I felt that it's just a trip down the memory lane and that Ichika will never come back. She never came back in this episode. But from the imagery and the optimistic music, it looks like that the MIB has developed the ability to space travel across the galaxy, and perhaps the Galaxic Federation would allow Kaito and Ichika to date. |

| Some Kanna fanservice in this episode, so thats a plus. |
| Nice OVA, if the whole season would've been like that I would've enjoyed it a lot more. Characters just have good chemistry and are interesting to watch, a pity there is no 2nd season. |
