| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm, it looks like it's about 26 minutes. The first half felt a bit slow tbh. This moment surprised me somewhat: Dat yuri undertones It was kinda refreshing to see the guys doing filming again though the boys were getting turned on LOL. And tbh, I don't blame them. Ichika's teasing was amusing I guess. It's funny how Remon is taking down her own little notes while some of the fun is going around the house. But yeah, this bought back the summer mood with even some of the firecrackers. Nothing too special though but was refreshing to watch.. |

| Title is long. Oh, two years has been passed. Film of the alien girl. It's like a recap from the TV or unused scenes? Wow @ Remon's alcohol drink. (one of the unused film with the alien girl) Then fireworks. Talk about the future, + the main guy saying he wants to make film again. Then showing a bit of the alien girl in the end. |

| That glass looked like about 600 mL and she just drank three glasses. That drink must be more addicting than alcholol lol. Kitahara grew to be an envious person/protective, really liked that actually. She's still waiting huh.. everyday. |

| That was a rather enjoyable special, I guess Tetsurou and Mio are officially a couple now. It was also cool seeing Ichika and Remon towards the end. |

| waited So long for this! was nice seeing them all again i really hope they weren't just teasing us with hinting at a sequel Loved the music this time around didn't think we would get both a OP and ED liked them alot to this day i listen to the first ED and the new one had a nice touch were it mixed in a bit of the old one near the end. |

| It's like they put one of the funniest scenes in the anime into this special with Remon and her special drink. The fireworks with all of them again at the end but with Ichika missing. 2 years past, huh? Haven't seen the series in a long while so this was refreshing to see the characters again. Like Kai said, there's a sequel and hopes to make another movie. I wish I could see a continuation. |

| So a two years gap ay? Nothing much has change aside from Tetsurou and Mio being an official couple. I was hoping to see Ichika come back to earth or something. I wonder if she'll ever come back and end up with Kaito... If not, dayum, that's sad for Kaito who's waiting for her. |

| Ah, good times. It has been two years indeed. Comedy was fun while it lasted. I really thought Ichika would return to Earth. From the part near the end, I'm guessing they're planning a sequel. I hope so. |

| This franchise was my second anime I've ever watched and boy to watch an ova quite some years later it sure was impressive as hell, especially that ending was just heart warming! I do hope we'll see a second season of this lovely franchise! |

| Hmmm...the OVA was a bit refreshing after the anime ended 2 years ago. It was more like a reunion through flashbacks, but overall it was a bit disappointing. Pros: Got to see a lewd Ichika, and Tetsuro/Mio finally shipped. Got to see all the characters at least for a second. Cons: No Ichika in the present day...sort of. They showed her on her planet in like the last 2 seconds with tears of joy, then the very last image is the two pairs of glasses together, but honestly that wasn't the least bit satisfying. We know from the end of the anime that she does come back to earth, because they continued to do their film for the next classes during their 2 remaining years in high school, and they show Ichika in the newer film wearing the poncho she never got before she left. So we KNOW she comes back at some point. The glasses still at the end of the OVA confirmed it too. So...why didn't they just show her returning? I think it would've made everyone a lot happier and satisfied. I know that was the main reason I was looking forward to this OVA. :/ Speaking of the ending...possible sequel happening? The way it was worded and with the scenes shown, it's possible. Also, a two year time gap, then a refresher OVA would be the ideal way to setup an announcement for the near future. Although that's what I sincerely hope for, the more likely scenario was that Kai's monologue was just a metaphor for the show as a whole. |

I think there was a mistranslation in the subs with "Everyone's been telling you to just go out with her already.". Kaito said "You don't tell everyone that you were going out". Which implies they were already going out but just didn't make it public. |

| I agree pretty much with the review someone posted. This OVA didn't really accomplish anything new. We already had implications or hints that Ichika might return to Earth, we didn't need half the episode establishing Kai's feelings of nostalgia and how he misses Ichika, and that Lemon joke isn't anything new but took up a good third of the special. I still liked seeing the characters again, and the OP/ED were really nice. It is kind of hard to see this as anything that actually supplements the original series though. |

Also it looks like Ichika came back right at the very end. Just like the end of the anime. Nice OVA overall. It was nice to see the gang back again. |
| Just watched it and what should I say? I'm in LOVE! Need to rewatch the series (AGAIN). I really liked how "Tetchan" and Mio finally got together. Mio really got more daring after that episode on okinawa, and look what it got her :D |

| It was nice to get some closure with Kitahara and Tetsuro. I felt it was more of a what they used to do instead of a reunion that I expected. Though it was nice to see things moving towards that fated reunion that was seen in episode 12. No more Ano Natsu huh. Guess it's finally time to get of the ride. |
