Hard to say.

I don't see myself stopping anytime soon though.

Um..... Yes. I'll be listening to music in 10 years, and also watch football in 10 years, and movies, and anything I find enjoyable in 10 years.

It's a form of entertainment why shouldn't I watch it 10 years later?

No, I highly doubt it, I don't even see myself watching anime until the end of this year, I only really got into it last August, and it's really starting to piss me off beyond belief every time I watch some of the highly acclaimed anime.

Maybe. Depends on a lot of things.

I'll probably keep watching at my current rate until I exhaust all the good shows, then I'll check every year or so to see if any shows that I like have been aired and produced.

Yup. Anime isn't just for kids. If had kids, I definitely wouldn't show them something like Evangelion, Attack on Titan or BTOOOM. And if anime like the first two are still around in 10 years, it's a definite yes.

Already have been watching more than 15 years.

I would be watching, because what I like in most anime is not animation, but plot, characters and themes. Same reason is why I watch Hollywood movies, American TV series and literature.

Yes, I will be watching unless I'm dead

I'm around my mid-20s and the love for anime is nowhere near as intense as it was in high school. It's still there, but I'm unsure if it'll ever be completely snuffed out.

Then don't watch anime because they're highly acclaimed. Go with anime like the anime you like.

It depends what you mean by that question.

Will I still be watching anime seasonally like I am now? Probably not.

Will I watch a series or movie every now and again? More than likely.

Yes. Even now, I am looking for more darker and mature anime so that is what I will probably look for in 10 years time as well.

Honestly, I probably won't have time (and for lots of movies and regular TV as well) as I should be a doctor by then. I gotta enjoy it while I still can. If I'm unemployed though, def.

I voted unsure because I don't have a clue!

I might be dead in 10, 20 or 30 years time. I actually can't see myself that far into the future. (I almost get run over at least once a week...) It would be cool if I still watched anime though. I wouldn't be embarrassed by it either as it is only a form of entertainment and if I like it then I don't care too much about what others think. Lots of older people watch anime anyway! Plus, there are some anime that are quite mature.

If not I'd feel very, very annoyed at myself for wasting over a month of my life watching anime!! :P That's how I feel whenever I think of all the toys and crap I made my parents waste money on when I was little.

Anyway, as long as I still enjoy anime somewhat then I'll keep watching until I'm sick of it.

I probably won't be outgrowing anime. I feel like I will be able to watch it forever, but that could just be the teenage me talking. There is a lot to offer though, and there are shows catered to adults, so I should be fine.

Depending on my free time, maybe not as actively as I was back in my days as a school day. Ironically, after moving to japan 5 years ago, I started watching anime progressively less and less. After all, there is more to enjoy in Japan than just anime.

good point think I forgot to mention this in my own post. I'm 23 now, so by the time I'm 33 I'll hopefully have my phD and be working somewhere in my field. I wouldn't be suprised if I at least had a steady going romantic partner by then, maybe even a very young family. Either way even if I was single still I'd have much less time than I did in high school/college/now (summer before grad school now).

I'd say that in a few months when I start grad school I'll have less time than ever to watch anime, just because of all the work and research I will be doing will take up massive quantities of time (something that never happened before for me in grade school, and happened to a much lesser degree in college). So my watching will dip greatly within the next 2-7 years in my masters (and hopefully phD program).

Don't think I'll ever completely stop though. There's always enough time to watch 1-3 episodes per day no matter how busy I am. I just won't be able to marathon series occasionally like I do now...

Well, I love anime. I think the only reason I would stop watching is in 10 years Id probably be busy with college, having to work, and eventually the whole marriage finding your true love dilemma, eventually having to raise my kids. I don't see myself not liking anime when I'm older because it's too childish, ( because a lot of it is definitely not), but maybe just busy with life? I guess I'd just wouldn't have as much free time as right now, sadly.-.
