| They are definitely drawing Yoko's boobs too big now. Not attractive imo. I didn't even know the names of most of those guys who died. I didn't feel too bad. Although I did enjoy the comedy of the twins throughout the series. Underrated characters. I really hope they aren't sowing the seeds for KittanxYoko, because I don't think Kittan deserves her. |

If you saw, they showed a flash of what was controlling one of the enemy ships before the first death, and it was a robot. It makes sense that robotic lifeforms would want changing, spreading, propogating lifeforms erradicated, since they don't need them to live and them being alive only posses threat to the reality in which they live. So it isn't really being evil. It's more being cold, calculating, emotionless and logical. |

| Jougan and Barinbou went out laughing and with a bang taking a lot of anti-spirals with them they went out awesome but still they died :'( everyone died heroicly makken charged into the missile Ailac and Kidd died which also made me sad and they were trying to save Zoushi >.<;; this was one sad episode :'( |

| Now this feels like a Gainax show... everyone died! Well, everyone except the people we gave a fuss about anyway... In all seriousness, epic! I was very sad to see the guys whose names I didn't even know die, which says something about them (especially the twins.) And the build up for YokoxKittan has been so painfully obvious these last episodes. Heck, the first guy Yoko runs by after she departs from the island with the school was Kittan in his banana star ganmen. And the boobs reaction is so epically obvious. That alone made me want them s a couple xD |

| This show's storytelling and plot isn't the best, but it certainly does a good job of raising your adrenaline. Very OTT action, but the deaths of the minor characters were epic. R.I.P Dai-Gurren Brigade. |

| Finallly, they start dying ^_^ one after another because of Anti-spiral's strength. it's realistic that way, i mean after all, anti spiral ruled the universe. Simon will once again have to pierce through heaven. in the end the twins died laughing. They did their part as Dai-Gurren dan to protect the future mechas, (Gimmi, Darri) and staying behind and make sure the 2 really make it all the way back... and died laughing 1 sad death (Crushed) 2 idiotic death (Disobeying orders and turn back) 3 heroic death (Sacrifices) |

I was actually thinking of how smart of a move that was. basically they establish that they are part of the old team(thus gaining emotional attachment by association), their deaths are given an important moment and awesome lines(thus gaining instant empathy), and the general feel of loss is there without being TOO much...saving the most emotional hits for later. Or, if there are no hits later, you get the feeling of sacrifice without having felt too sad about the loss of some members you liked. Kinda like how they put the baby on board of the arc so people would actually care about what happens to it(had the baby and her parents not been there I would definitely not have cared about it). The writers of this show are crazy good. |

| Damn what a sad but epic episode! So much had to die, but well I'm really awaiting when they merg together! The ending was weird with the ocean in space, but well everything is possible in that space time... Either way great episode though sad so much great characters had to die, protecting others! |
