| This anime got so much better in this second half in comedy, plot, everything ... Author must have had an eureka moment in the middle of it. Now I can understand why this was being so hyped and the manga success |

| This anime always keeps me guessing! It looks like there will be many challenges ahead to get Falin back, which adds a lot of tension and interest to the story. The groups Laios, Shuro and Kabru that came together are interesting to see how the members of the groups relate to each other like Senshi and Maizuru. However, I have a feeling Kabru might be up to something and I hope he doesn't complicate things further. Similarly, Shuro needs to step up if he truly cares about Falin, although dealing with dark magic is difficult. |

| Loved the concept of the Dungeon repairing itself like a human body. Kinda reminds me of Made in Abyss with the Abyss being something akin to a living thing. Also, Dragon Falin? More like Chicken Falin. |

| For some reason I found it annoying and frustrating that Laios just told Shuro and Kabru about their journey in the dungeon... especially Kabru, at least Shuro was his former teammate, but Kabru? Totally a stranger... ugh. From eating monsters to resurrecting Falin using black magic! Well Laios did say that he knew Shuro wouldn't say that to anyone else but in the end Kabru and the others there knew too... T__T I was just happy because Marcille styled her hair beautifully again but it only lasted two minutes lol after that I had mixed feelings :'D and Falin at the end! I don't know what's going to happen.... I'm scared to imagine it.... |

| Marcille misunderstood and auto-equipped the frog suit! XD Heck she didn't took it off even before they ate when she had the time so Chil must be right, she liked that outfit and now she's referred to as a frog woman. I'm aware they used black magic to resurrect Falin, what wasn't made clear the first time were the reasons and consequences on what made it "black" magic in the first place as Toshiro have pointed out in this episode now. Seeing Falin's current form makes me have flashbacks on FMA's Nina chimaera form. 😭 |

| Oh boy, since using black magic is very taboo I think Laios and especially Marcille are now targets but maybe they can convince Shuro and company to hear them out. On that note it looks like Falin is now half beast or something, things have escalated and gotten more complicated for sure. |

| Well right around this point(the reveal of cockatrice/dragon thingie Falin) in the manga is where I stopped reading it as it was coming out back in the day, so I'll be going into the rest more or less blind. Falin must be saved! She's the only reason I kept reading as long as I did! |
| I'm really glad this show has gotten 2 cour. The cooking shenanigans from the first bit were fun, but having the plot develop more alongside the already great world building has really got me invested in this series at this point. |
| See, those little red dragon actually can be a nuisance. Heh, dungeon cleaners seems like a leech. Another dungeon meshi, and Marcille using the frog outfit. She really loves that, huh? Ooo Shuro and Kabru manage to find Laios and the gang. The story finally been tell. Shuro reaction just like Marcille at the first time. While Kabru seems curious but deep down can't lie telling Laios was one of those lunatic kind, especially since he learn the black magic involved. Damn Falin, what kind of shits happening to you? So what's the next move? |

| With the dungeon ever shifting, Laios and the gang still warranting a way out, and hiding within the midst of the walls, these are dungeon cleaners who can't be told apart from ordinary walls and the like, it is like the immune system of a dungeon that can be helpful. And once again, both the Cockatrice meat and mandrake help out for food, though using the Cleaners for food, it's a bit of conservation. Shuro and Kabru's group having finally meet Laios and the gang, and seeing the former grow on his party with the same intent to find Falin, there was just no other way to atone for his sins rather than to go back into the dungeon again. With all 3 groups together, one big group split into smaller sections with the leaders of Laios and Shuro together, the amount of brainwashing from Chilchuck's presumption is quite the worrisome misunderstanding lols. What surprised Shuro even more is of Laios getting used to dungeon food, which is quite the talking point for Kabru, and the shock to him on Falin's whereabouts currently, it's even worse than he imagined of the revival using dark magic. Falin in her devious look, she's built different. |

| Not everybody being like 'Why would Laios tell Kabru (and Shuro) about black magic??' when Laios explicitly asked everybody but Shuro to leave them alone and the episode went to great lengths to show that Kabru had only learnt about any of that when the ninja told them. Like 😂 maybe he was dumb to trust Shuro, but why are we blaming him for Kabru knowing, he couldn't have exactly seen that coming 😂 |

| I'm not a manga reader, but are yall forgetting the cat-eared lady? I mean no sh*t she heard him say black magic, she has cat ears. That shouldn't be hard to find out. Now also, I am not sure if Laois said he did black magic, or if it was implied that he said Marcille did it. Might be lost in translation. I'd like to think he said he did black magic himself to protect Marcille, which would make Laiois very selfless and badass, but again, I am not a manga reader. I'll only read it after the anime ends. |

| Such a good episode with so much drama and mystery in it. This black magic thing is definitely a bigger deal than I previously thought, and I can’t wait to explore the repercussions of it. (8.5/10) |
| I swear, every week this anime is trying to get me to cave and read the manga. This week's cliffhanger... It's taking all my willpower to hold on... I want to know what happens, the wait is killing me! Poor Falin. |
| Something I always appreciated is how there's a setup for conflict between the Kabru and Laios party, some even commented how it felt a little forced being based off misunderstandings... but instead Kabru takes a really rational and calm approach to it. He studies Laios's behavior and determines they must have been mistaken, so there's no point in confronting them. Edit: Trigger cut some of the smaller dialogues and inner monologues from the manga which is a bit unfortunate. For example, Maizoru refers to Holm as a Dwarf and he responds "but I'm a Gnome...". Not the end of the world but I can see people getting confused without the little details. |

| Damn what a big party they got there. Not to be a manga snob but they didn't animate a Chilchuck panel where the group are patting his face while complimenting him and to that i ask Why!? but anyway, seems like the part where Dungeon Meshi gets serious is steadily approaching. The chimera Falin reveal was great! And also, even in anime format, i still don't fancy Shuro very much, haha. |
