| Based on the theory he's faking the split personality to mess with Tenma, I would also say that those tears and the forest scenes were fake. It may have seem genuine but that's what manipulators are excellent at: lying. Mirorin said: Why can't he be genuinely kind but still hate humanity and be twisted? | Johan is hot but he is very creepy indeed (and intimidating somehow). Now that we can actually see Johan, maybe we can finally see the process, you know, how he managed to deceive people, how he managed to do all those evil stuff. This time, with Karl as his target (or so I think). |
| Johan is so charming. I don't blame those people for being manipulated by him. I love him already! I can't wait to find out more about Johan and what makes him so evil. Great episode. This was much better than the last one. 8/10 |
| Okay, so like how are they just gunna throw Johan at us all so suddenly like this? Lol. I'm being sarcastic, but I just like how he'd only made a few appearances before & now all of nowhere, here he is, chillin w us like he's been w us this whole entire series. This basically sums up my opinion on what just happened: Us: "hey, what's up, Johan?" Johan: "Nun, chillin." Lol. Like seriously. Haha. And the biggest mind fuck for me was how I was like .."Omg...I don't want to like him...stop making him have a heart. Wait. Stop...Please. Stop. Stop being so nice. Oh no. Not the children. OH NO. Not the old man!" But my heart was sold on him when I saw how much the children adored him. How is this even possible? It's like...how can you make us love a character that should be so strongly despised. That's amazing. & that's what makes this anime so beautiful. I am so impressed & can't wait to see what's next. Edit: I also forgot to mention that the detective dude's seiyou sounded like Beau from Scooby Doo on Zombie Island & when I googled it, I found him! | Finally Johan's making an appearance. throughout the episode I was waiting him to slide out a gun from behind his back and pew pew them haha. tbh he seemed too innocent - would not trust (after watching death note hehe) 5/5 |

| Arghh I don't know what to think about Johan. He was presented as the emotionless super clever serial killer and now......protecting children's rights and crying for Karl?! I don't know if he is a tortured soul or if he really has his sh*t together. Can't wait to find out. Great episode as always, Monster never fails to impress me. p.s: I believe Johan really was crying, not faking. |

| Finally we see Johan again! I really like this character till now.. intelligent, charismatic.. and he is an illusionist too! XD However I'm very intrigued by his personality and curious about the development of this charcater. p.s. the translation was totally wrong.. both Caesar and my poor old latin teacher are probably turning in their grave XD |

| Johan is so beautiful, and the voice is so creepy yet calm, really suits his character. i really wonder what's going on with him and what made him the way he is. 26 episodes in and i still have no clue about him whatsoever everything he does makes me feel uneasy, i'm really fascinated by his character. the way he speaks to others and when he was around the children, he seems like an angel but we know that's he's a manipulative killer |

| You really can't handle a character as well as Johan up until now. The way we have an idea of his methods and charisma and now we actually get to SEE him just gives every one of his scenes a sense of dread. Still find those tears to be genuine though. |

| What a great episode. The storytelling is masterful, I can't help but marvel at the complexity of Johann's character. Can't wait to see more of his good and 'bad' side. He is certainly charismatic and fascinating so far. |
| First off, Johan has no monster side. I can't believe people still fall for that. Anyhow, I knew that Johan wouldn't kill the guy. Frankly, I expected a head pat, but this is cool. Johan looks to be a good guy after all. Except that he is a murderer.LOL.  |

| Hope there will be more scenes with Johan in it in the next episodes. Damn he’s hard to read. When he cried I’m not sure if that’s the good one showing sincerity or the monster one doing it to gain trust. And that last part in construction site, I really think he’s going to kill those three, or maybe that will be in the next episode. |
