| Cool first episode, not sure about the OP, but I like the ED. I don't know why, but I can't help but feel ntr'ed, even though it's not really a NTR show. Damn if this ever turn into Manaka x Tsugumu imma gonna instant drop. Manaka x Hikari OTP, follow by Chisaki x Kaname. Human Tsugumu can just be their BFF. Edit: But the way Hikari worded it, it feels like it's going to be Tsugumu x Manaka, from what Hikari said, it's their fated meeting. Damn please don't go down that route, please! |

| I watched this RAW, need to rewatch it. The style was really weird and unique though. Don't really like how the heroine has her eyes on the fisherman boy though. |

| After watching the first episode, It's going to be an awesome time for romance genre lovers since Golden time and Nagi no Asukara are proving their worth though Nagi no Asukara is going to be the more serious drama version while Golden Time so far is going the Vanilla fun times drama. I am not going to root for any couples....yet, there is too little of plot so far to make a impression in my opinion. Wow, what a way to make the first episode, The fight starts early and tear-jerking confession on falling out. So far, the route is uncertain but its going to what heck of roller coaster drama ride. |

| I wasn't expecting much of this series at all but even from the first 5 minutes, the hook was there. Living underwater but being able to explore the surface too?! It's so interesting to explore the relationships of the two factions and the effects of being away from the water. I love the characters already the OP and ED are equally beautiful. The fact that it's 26 eps makes me excited. Consider me utterly impressed so far. |

| It is so beautiful and all the otps! This is my fav anime so far of this season which is quite surprising, given the character designs are not exactly my type but the romance aspect looks so great that I can't help myself! Okay, I support Chisaki x Hikari, Manaka x Hikarii, Kaname x Chisaki, Tsumugu x Manaka all at the same time xD But yeah, Chisaki x Nagi and Tsumugu x Manaka are my real OTPs, this anime is too amazing... I already want to give it a 10 but must hold myself back... 9/10 |

| Lol. a love triangle already in 1episode.. O.O But I love Manaka already.. especially because her seiyuu is Kana Hanazawa :D Who voiced a lot of female characters that I really like ^________^ And lol.. this is kinda like Chihayafuru :P Hikari as Taichi Manaka as Chihaya Tsumugu as Arata. |
| 5/10 I'm not a fan of the romance drama they showed here, and none of the main characters (especially the lead protagonist) strike me as interesting. I will give it a chance to see how the two societies interact. I will also give it a chance for the nice visuals. |

| Honestly I didn't like this episode and I feel that I won't like this whole anime, but I will just stick with it for a few episodes. The male and the female leads are really weak and shallow and the romance is more like a kids' love to me. The problem is that there's racism in the anime and the main character is not a likeable person so it doesn't really help sympathizing with him. |

| oh, wow. i really, really enjoyed this! i just picked it up because i was bored right now, but wow, i really liked that episode. the character design is freaking adorable and the characters look so cute *u* the romance was also unexpected, but in a good way. (so. much. shipping.) i think you can do a lot with the idea that some people live underwater and some people live on the surface. not sure how they'll fill 26 episodes, but i think there's enough time to develop a good storyline. i'm just worried about the relationships because it seems like everyone has a crush on someone. well, it's tagged as 'drama', so we'll probably get some heartbreak. i just hope it won't turn into a complete mess where no one knows whom to choose and everyone's constantly crying and a shit ton of stupid misunderstandings are happening. |

| I love the concept of this anime. The lead protagonist is a bit too aggressive and touchy for my tastes so I'll be rooting for Manaka and the land boy to end up together. 8/10 |

| Poor fish-boy will prolly get NTRed by the fish-wannabe. HanaKana as cute as ever, never checked the cast so it was a nice surprise to hear DAT voice. So fish-friend > fish-girl > fish-boy > Manaka > fish-wannabe, quite a love polygon. However you see this, someone will end up crying in the end, sucks for him. I'd take the hot onee-san, mind you ~w~ |

| 5/5 Crack avarice! LOLOLOL Episode it shares with no Kyoukai Kanata, the palm for not making it clear in the very first episode, thanks to the narrative fast and without a moment's thought! XD Things are thrown at random without a shred of information. Mysterious storyline, I look a thing done well, I want another masterpiece of slice of life, such as Hanasaku Iroha! * _ * If I remember correctly, the character design stands out a bit from the latest productions of PA Works, which like the other company, I do not sorrende, bringing an anime done with the same technical qualities seen in the past! Fabulous! The rating of 5/5 comes from the fact that I got a little influenced by the magnificent scenery made! ;) I hope also explain the strange physical rules that govern the marine world! XD |
