| Damn! The triplets each took turns in their mother's demise. Ayato weakened her by torturing her, Raito ripped out her heart (I think) and pushed her off the balcony, and Kanato destroyed the evidence by burning her. LMAO!! If this were any other anime, I probably wouldn't find this funny, but since it's Diabolik Lovers, I do. Subaru finally gets to take a bite. I'm surprised Bitch-chan didn't die. Seems like Subaru was feeding for a long time. |

| The clock at 8'o clock I was waiting for this Other the fact that they didn't mention That's why he got jealous and threw her out the balcony. Ayato hated his mother( leaving Him in the pond and almost drowned) , Kananto can't forgive his mother for ignoring him I mean the people that are new to this should know this!!if I didn't play the game I would be confused. Is anyone confused?!? The summary of how they killed her ,all played a part in it( deserved that death too) I over all loved it though!! Ayato hug at the end !! At the end " don't disobey him?!?" Gosh Subaru so sweet but still good Finally a end card of him after one week of his bitrhday. Episodes getting better since when man,love it since the beginning. |

| I had a feeling Raito would push Cordelia off the balcony. She was a terrible mother anyways, especially after I read all those spoilers on the MAL character page for the triplets. Love how Kanato goes, let me keep you warm mother, and sets her on fire. That was to be expected too just because he had those candles with him when he saw his mother's body. Now Subaru, still not sure what his deal is, he seemed pretty nice and calm in the other episodes, but then he suddenly became angry. Well he is the last one to suck Yui's blood iirc, so was expecting this to happen sooner or later. One thing I wasn't expecting was Ayato going on Yui's bed at the end, he must be lonely or something :o |
| That ost during the mother murder was intense. Can't say the rest of the episode did anything for me, just more Yui getting fanged and entered. |

| So they killed their mother, gotten better for sure but still messy as always.. She sure was weak for a vampire.. Way to warm her up, Kanato. Seriously, this show makes me laugh more than making me terrified. One of the better biting scenes (or maybe I am the one who has gotten used to this) but boy, there goes my respect of Subaru... Now he stands on equal grounds as Shuu, maybe a bit lower... Wow THAT Ayato isn't biting her, just wow... At any rate, this episode was kinda interesting |

| I hope they go the Ayato route.. He is by far my favourite and he seems to be more dominant than the rest of the characters. On top of that, he was the first guy seen so maybe that is a but of foreshadowing.. |

| Yes! When the show delves into the vampires' pasts, its pretty interesting. The music was very intense during the Mother scene. |
| Ok, this episode managed to get on my nerves. Subaru, who was actually kind of nice before, now turned into super asshole jerk vampire, and bit Yui. All the while talking about how she needs to just shut up and submit to his every whim, because... um.. just because I guess. "Submit to my fangs penetrating you".. yea, that's clearly a rape metaphor. But the whole scene had this like, romantic, hopeful, pretty, la-de-da floaty piano music, as if it were supposed to be some happy romantic scene. A lovely romantic evening in the flower garden! Are you kidding me? I hope that shit gets cut the fuck out. I like my rapeyness to be treated like rapeyness, not romantic, please. And then the way they killed the mom.. I felt it was kind of anticlimactic. I mean, she wasn't that bad in the flashback. Sure, she had high expectations, and threatened to have Ayato killed.. but honestly, that is rather tame for what I was expecting. I thought she was going to have like abused the shit out of them. Like torture them and shit. Just ominous threats and high expectations really don't warrant or justify some horrific murder, in my opinion. It really felt melodramatic and forced. And that's just Ayato. Raito and Kanato weren't even treated badly at all. Why did they both turn into Crazy McEvil all of a sudden? I really hope there's more to the flashbacks or something. Because this just doesn't add up for me. In other news, I'm starting to like Ayato a little more. He's not as much of an asshole as he was before. |

I read something about that the mother was not only cheating with the uncle but also fucking her own son (that guy that feeds on yui in the church). So she wasnt quite as tame as the anime showed her, which is a shame. Assuming that what I gathered on the forum is true. And does Subaru really need to tell yui a reason why she should go along with everyone of his whims? She knows very well that he oculd squash her like a bug in an instant if he wanted to. I think thats the main thing people seem to forget. Just because this guys look a bit androgynous and weak doesnt mean they are. They are actually pretty fucking strong. |

| Laito playing piano <3 I can't believe they all helped to kill their mother, that was quite cruel but then again with how she treated them you can't really blame them. Poor Subaru wants her to kill him if she asks or end her own life. He was slightly more romantic about biting her than the others, it was kinda sweet. I like Subaru a lot. Ayato getting in to bed with her in the end and saying not to look at him was also quite sweet. They all like her quite a bit really, you can tell. |

| i actually am interested in their back stories but this anime is totally inconsistent everything just happens so abruptly & as someone who doesn't follow the story elsewhere it's really hard to get into this & also i have zero empathy for any of the characters |
