| Kelvin's magic scythe attack was pretty cool, too bad it "missed". I didn't expect the creepy guy to be a reincarnation but whatever, I'm glad he got what he deserved... though it was weird not seeing a single drop of blood when he was being tortured. Loli elf being the beast king took me by surprise, when she started laughing I thought she was an enemy haha. Efil melting with Kelvin's words was quite cute. Anyway, except for that episode about Efil where it was slavin time, it was a pretty fun show. And it had such a great OP, one of my favorites of the season if not my favorite. Melfina made a pretty nice wallpaper <3. |
| Considering expectations I had for this show it turn out to be huge disappointment. I know people will hate me for saying this but, I enjoyed My Isekai Life more. I ended disliking Kelving. Dude is annoying af. Well, at least it wasn't utter trash. The story continues... I seriously hope not. |

| This series was such a dark horse of the season. Its got -cute girls in many forms, from tomboy to elf to goddess -character development -isekai vibes, but MC isnt a cuck or a prude -MC knows his power but isn't as cucked as others, hes happy to fight; THE BATTLE JUNKIE! -decently powerful enemies, it doesnt feel like a steam roll overall, a very good anime, sad to see it picked up by so few, probably because of the 3 morons who reviewed it three episodes in and their garbage got voted on the most. Very solid 7.6/10 |
| Comparing to source material it's pretty bad they censored way to much. I did enjoy this title but censor ship made it just a generic isekai (which i tend to enjoy so) But instead of being a refreshing isekai with a "grey morals" mc that also knows how to have a harem they made ma boi a generic goody 2 shoes lv200 virgin 6.5/10 (would have been a solid 8-9 with 0 censoring) |

| One of my biggest surprises of the season. I'm actually surprised it wasn't awful and was actually a good Isekai. I enjoyed it. Cast and characters were fun and likable, the action was okay and the plot was good. 8/10 |

| For this season, there was a battle in my head for worst anime I watched between Engage Kiss and Black Summoner. Unfortunately, Black Summoner won by a large margin. I could never grow to like this show. At the last episode, something kind of interesting finally happened, but I felt most of the time of this show was taken up by Kelvin showing off stuff he learned off screen, which came off to me as flexing rather than experiencing him growing or learning as a character. Surely, I've seen other shows do the same thing, but they had other things going on that kept my interest. This story recycles so many elements from so many different isekai's, there's hardly anything new. Ultimately, I don't hate this show or the main character. I just don't feel much for them at all. The Heroes party also felt done real dirty. It's as if only 1 out of the 4 of them were real characters, and every other character is meant to revolve around Kelvin and making him look good. |

| Really enjoyed the series. Glad they did try to use CGI during action scenes and felt that it came out pretty well. Kelvin is an interesting MC as well. Looking forward to season 2 whenever it arrives. |

| Not particularly good, especially with the jarring CGI, but also not bad enough for me to discourage anyone from watching it. I definitely enjoyed it for what it was - which is a mindless time killer that doesn't cause me to roll my eyes all the way to my skull, or recoil away from the screen cringing at whatever is happening. This series doesn't mean anything to me, but I do plan to watch a second season when and if it'll come to fruition. |

| Loved it. And might not be the forum, but more and more studios are replacing the more intense battle sequences with cgi. Its fine if its just mixed in, but when using it at critical points. Totally distracts from the feel and your trying to watch something and its just, wft, no creativity. They just stuck some numbers into a computer and this was what came out. My profile pic is taken from a battle in another show and the artists expressed the enegry and drama of that moment in simple line art and it had huge impact. This main fight was like watching people play with playdo. Still I love the story and characters. Shame about the cgi when other art forms could of expressed the main battle. Be creative, dont look shit. |

| this was a solid anime. the op was one of the best of this season. it could have been better if it had a bigger budget and not changed a lot of the details but it was okay. A season 2 of more melfina would be nice. |
| After the gruesome defeat, I couldn't help but think of these panels from The Little Girl Raised by Death Hold the Sword of Death Tight. He was saved at the last minute, but not exactly to his benefit. Can't say that I feel sorry for him. Kelvin realizes that he could have ended up like him and that he still needs to improve to be able to protect what he holds dear. |

| I enjoyed this much more than I thought I would. Felt a bit rushed in the later half, like checking the boxes of Melfina and Rion a bit too fast with having them nothing to really do or more like, develop organicaly towards, or have a reason for appearing really. They just, had to be in S1 in case there would be no S2. I get it, but it felt off. I dunno how that compare to manga or whatever, it just felt a bit strange. I guess like, at the end, there were too many characters with too little to do. Like, Melfina, Gerard, and Sera literaly just... stood around for a few last episodes. I liked the later two too much for them to just be a bacground pieces. I didn't mind CGI. I didn't mind the tropeific characters. It was just stupid, mindless fun. and the MC NOT ONCE did something dramaticaly stupid or cringe inducing or something quintesentially japanese, which raised the score for me automaticaly by a point. I really liked the visual design of major-ish characters, some mild political worldbuilding at the end was nice. Anyway, nice, with a bit of unrealised potential. Would watch again |
