| It's finally time for one of the best arcs so far... you anime-onlys better buckle in. I had a lot more fun with the hero names this time than I did in the manga, and it was a nice wind down from the excitement of the sports festival. Though my favourites have to be Red Riot and Deku's, cliché as it may be it pulled at my heartstrings |

| LOL at the code names! Bakugo once again really cracked me-up! Iida Tenya is for sure up for total revenge against Stain because of what happened to his older brother Igenium! Deku & Uraraka always going home together so Deku x Uravity ship? so Gran Torino is the old geezer that All Might is sending letters huh... i really thought LiSA would perform the ED2 on the 13 episode...but it seems it would be for the 14th episode...anywayz hapi b-day to Risa Oribe ...she's 30 already... 5/5. |

| I am still curious what hero name Bakugo's use.. and also for Shoto, did he really use his name? he could use better aliases, for example "Climate hero: Cold Burn", which contain both cold (ice) and burn (fire). I thought Iida would write his brother's name. is it me or I see a death flag all around Iida!? as for Midoriya, it's very simple name that everyone can remember, "Deku". not a really good name, but also not a bad one. for next episode, it look like Deku being targeted by villain, maybe they smell something similar to All Might in him, or it could be something else. Gran Torino apparance! at first I thought he's One for All user before All Might. but it look like he isn't. |

| A nice cool down episode which is always good after the endless craziness of the Sports Festival. The class chose their hero names and are now getting ready to gain some internship experience. That ending with Iida heavily implies that some serious shit is about to go down, which is expected from one of the best arcs of the manga. We also saw some trolling at the end from Gran Torino lol, it's good to see him finally make an appearance. |

| The hero names they were coming up with were pretty amusing, while others were really fitting of them. Gran Torino used to be All Might's teacher back in the day. It's peaked my interest into this old hero as to why All Might is shaking when he mentioned his old teacher's name. =) Great episode overall and I'm looking forward to this new arc already. =D |

| Good episode! -Froppy and Uravity are absolutely the best one! -Gotta love Red riot too! so manly and so kirishima! -No! wait! bakugou will always be KING OF EXPLODO KILLS to me! hahaha! He's still hilarious af in the ep tho! -Nice! we get a glimpse of aizawa senseis student days. -aww little deku with that all might costume is just so damn adorable! -To see all might trembling remembering his days with gran torino... it really got Deku curious who this Hero gran torino is, and its so funny to see gran torino lookin good and bad ass at his prime years... -But then the post credit revealed us an old man who deku thought was dead at first sight! XD -and Yep who's not worried about Iida?!! the suspense building and that thrilling OST too... Excited to see the upcoming arcs this gonna be epic! |

| Midnight coming into the classroom was amusing. She really knows how to make an impression. Class A got to choose their own hero names. Deku sticking with Deku was nice. They also had some offers from hero agencies. Iida is out for revenge. He chose an agency where his brother got hurt. Deku didn't had one, but now he does. The moment the offer came from someone named Gran Torino, I instantly thought of the movie. He knows about All Might and his quirk. He was shaking just thinking about him xD Gran Torino's introduction was funny. Looking forward to see more of him. |

| A little more than one and a half chapters adapted this time. I guess they want to slow down the pace because they need to stretch 25 chapters in 13 episodes. Anyways, nice transition episode to the next episode. More lighthearted and fun, especially with the name choosing. Next episodes will be great. 4/5 |

| More of a slice of life episode, which I very much like. Couldn't expect less from Bakugo's choices. Things got tense with Iida at the end, hoping for the best for him. Already likeng Gran Torino, can't wait to see how he's gonna train Deku™. I'm excited but also afraid for the next arc. |

| Uravity is a really clever name for her, tbh. The part of the names in general was pretty hilarious. Have a grim feeling about Iida. Considering what Deku said in the narration, it looks things are going to get very ugly. A superhero named Gran Torino... I don't know how to feel about that. Hopefully he will be a badass old man. |

Got me I'm gonna buy the manga so I can keep reading this story because the episodes are not coming out fast enough! |

| Best code name choice was Froppy ImO. Her ability is more the kind of utilitarian ability that save peoples during disasters (natural or not) with her swimming, climbing, jumping, catching ability. She nailed it with an easy to remember, on point with both her appearance and ability, and easy to like name. Uravity was clever, but lacks compared to Froppy due to what I wrote above. Uraraka is aiming at the same kind of hero as Froppy from what she says, yet her name while clever sounds more of the cool kind than the "likeable" kind. Still a good code name though. Pinky is a bit too simple but is not bad. Earphone Jack isn't a bad idea at all, cool name . Tsukuyomi, really? That's a heavy name to bear, man. Cool, but really heavy. Could easily be considered arrogant if not for his personality. |

| Surprisingly loved this episode more so than the previous! Some names are so hilarious especially the first, Aoyama lmao I burst out laughing when he presented his hero name lmao. Then Jirou teasing of Kaminari's name is also hilarious. And of course there is Bakugou lmaooooo "Baku Satsu Ou" | "King Murder Explosion" REALLY BAKUGOU hahaha. I thought he came up with a less villainish name, he looked like he is doing much erasing and rewriting on the board. | Anime-only's have no idea what's coming their way. Buckle yourselves in for one hell of a ride.. Episode was a nice cool-down from coming off the end of the festival arc, and we got to see the hero names revealed which amused me in the manga. All Might being scared of Torino was even better than in the manga as well. Remember guys, NO EPISODE NEXT WEEK. Anime returns July 8th with a new OP and ED. |

| This first cour was unexpectedly amazing. As someone who doesn't read manga, light novels, and the like, I had no clue what to expect. Boy am I glad that I didn't watch any trailers, because I was in for an amazing ride. While I do think that season 1 was great, this first cour of season 2 has blown that out of the water. First off, we got a freaking TOURNAMENT ARC! Wow. Just wow. The whole tournament was full of excitement, ingenuity, and badass moments from the get go. With Midoriya flying over the competition in the first leg and Mineta's idea of using Shouji as a shield in the second, I just didn't know what I'd see next. Then they came out with the freaking 1v1s, and HOLY SHIT were they awesome. Some, of course, were glanced over because they weren't as important to the story or whatever, but full-out fights like Uraraka vs Bakugo and Midoriya vs Todoroki were just so fun to watch. The introduction of characters from other classes and their quirks and personalities was really cool too. They'd previously mentioned that there were "lesser" classes, but it wasn't until now that we got to see them in action. Hatsume and her "babies" were funny, Hitoshi and his brainwashing made for some epic drama against Midoriya, and Tetsutetsu with Kirishima was very comical. Though I do feel the final episode of the first cour came to a rather slow and uneventful conclusion, it definitely leaves a lot on the plate about what to be hyped for in a few weeks. I honestly don't know how any of this is gonna play out, but I'm sure it's gonna be epic. Definitely one of the best anime this season. Side notes from episode 13:

| I liked the segment of the Hero Name choosing.A hero name will be the id everyone will know them by so it was very important but compared to Ida's personal vendetta it feels superficial The kid's eyes in that last scene were cold and full of a killer's instinct.I am still so curious to see why Midorya said he will live to regret his decision.I hope he will not die. But is ALSO STUPID AND SUPERFICIAL for smb so on point as Ida is to lose all focus when it comes to Stain.better heroes than you were put down,what will you do?be able to resist longer,to what outcome,because in the given circumstances all I can predict is DEATH. |
