| I want to express my hate on Silver Link. They adapt good stories, but everything I see they doing would be better done (animation, direction and soundtrack wise) if studios like those everyone is hating (JC Staff, Shaft[????], DEEN and A-1 Pictures[seriously?] or Pierrot) put their hands on. Looks like Silver Link. doesn't have patience to build the universe behind the shows they produce. (Sorry for my bad English) Besides that, Idea Factory is clearly the worst studio. Silver Link. is just one studio that I started to hate... |

While Madhouse was indeed one of the really good ones out there back in the day, they are already past their prime and their quality of work has been in decline since Masao Maruyama took most of Madhouse's talents with him to found MAPPA and when the remaining few went their own ways and founded Studio VOLN. What's left of Madhouse right now is basically the husk of what it was. Sure, they might've scored large with One Punch Man and a select few but they only nailed just that among other attempts to revive their hype. Besides, if it only wasn't for Bones-affiliated connections and freelancers acquainted with Shingo Natsume it will be dogshit. They even murdered Boogiepop of all things possible, and pieces like Overlord, No Guns Life, and ACCA weren't even well-animated to the point that you'll just be baffled to know that Madhouse did those. Fun fact: Studio Live did most of HxH 2011 due to Madhouse having financial issues. They could've done a bad job in such if only Studio Live didn't put them in life support. It just grinds my gear so much when peeps out there are overhyping Madhouse for a possible studio for *insert new anime adaptation announcement here* when the people who carried it once weren't even there anymore. Heck, even Yoshiaki Kawajiri can't helm a series while being in there unlike before, and the likes of Atsuko Ishizuka doesn't even get good project/material to helm despite having vision. |
