| Cool episode, I loved the action, but who else agrees that this season has introduced way too many extra characters? Where the heck are Asuna and Kirito? Speaking of Asuna, I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed that she dives into the underworld next episode. ^^ |

| Now that's how you start a war. They weren't kidding with the title of this season. Glad I didn't watch this show while it was airing, the waiting would have been so difficult. |

| Pretty nice action scenes, the knights can at least handle the chiefs quite well. Also nice rage moment from the female knight (Fanatio?). Now where is Asuna xD |
| This episode had some amazing action, but this entire battle feels so pointless given the larger stakes the series has established. The battle is also hampered by how none of the characters involved in the fighting have actually been well established. There is really nothing beyond this battle than the action. |
| What is Alice building up there, also where is Asuna?? She should have spawned as an important human and I wonder if someone will recognize that human since it was one of the founding ones. As for the battle itself, it was weird to see the archer knight explode the same area 3 times, lol. If you're going to use the same frame 3 times, just don't do it. But then the sword arrow was very impressive. As long as they kill the leaders, it should be alright. Also what are those 2 annoying "Integrity Knight" kids going to do, why are they even on the battlefield. |

| Intense, action packed, and bloody episode, Deusolbert burning up all the goblins including the chief goblin, HELL YEAH. Fanatio also sliced up the chief of the giants, who was glitching out and tried to murder her. RIP Dakira, they fought with honor and courage and protected Fanatio from the chief giant. Dakira's sacrifice fueled Fanatio's motivation to fight hard and it was a big success. The power of memories, avenging fellow comrades, and looking out for others is a strong source of motivation and power. Hyped to see Alice's huge attack. Renly though, not looking so good. The evil little girls from the Central Cathedral who poisoned Kirito and Eugeo, they are watching the battle and up to no good with that smirk on their faces when they were talking about Kirito back at the supply corps. |
| Fantastic action here, especially when that one girl managed to deflect that giant lord's attack which I did not expect from a sidecharacter who had less than few minutes screentime before this. I kinda wonder if everyone else on the battlefield saw the giant lord glitching or if he just appeared 'normal' to them. |

| Emotional scenes don't hit at all, when the connection between character and viewer hasn't been established. Great animation though, and I really liked seeing that giant glitch out like that, his fluctlight playing up? |
| Finally the war of the underworld has started. this episode was great, the animation was also good. That flame archer guy singlehandedly wipe out the flatland goblin army, the moment he used his sword as an arrow was pure hype moment. Glitching giant leader was scary asf, fanatio's subordinate stopping his attack despite being that gravely injured and repelling his attack was such a badass moment. More action to come and I'm all for it |
