| I definitely want/expect to see Season 2. Also, I love the concept of an OVA/movie where they all go to Tokyo and get totally freaked out. I am curious about whether Non Non Biyori is going to be the start of some trend of anime series. | How much more materials left in the manga? i checked a few chapters in some sites and didn't wanted to spoil anything, so didn't read more. can anyone tell me if there's a lot more or not? btw, manga looks beautiful after seeing the anime. i will read the first chapters to enjoy some of the great scenes that we saw. =) |
| I'm not entirely sure as I don't own the manga and can't find the full series uploaded, but from what I can gather I think the anime covered about 2/3 of the manga's content to date. |

| Most people forget the true purpose of this genre it seems: Whenever I watched it, I felt nice and pulled into this realm of pure relaxation. The most important factor to take in consideration here is the enjoyment - close to perfect in this series. Solid 9/10, will buy the BD, hoping for a 2nd season and other content in the future. |

| As slice of life goes, this one doing it right. I love the scenery porn of the surroundings, I imagined if YotsubaTo will be animated, this is the minimum quality that I would expect. 8/10 |

| That G-Gundam reference tho.....Damn Hotarun was like I can't eat another bite...and Komari decides to feed her and Hotarun acts like the food hasn't gotten to her. Loved this anime, hope it gets a 2nd season, and IMHO best fucking anime of the year! |

| They really had to waste the potential in the final episode? God damn. I hate this bad cooking trope so much. Even more so when this astonishingly stupid crap gets in the way of my OTP. I can't believe NNB rose up so high in rankings after this episode and not after any of the previous ones which were beautiful 100% of the time, not just miserable count of ~75%. And I was ready to finally start liking you, Silver Link. But no, you had to ruin it by putting this unfunny needlessly prolonged scene in first half of final episode. Stupid fags. Why? Is it because just before this episode I watched KLK 11-12 which were absolutely awesome and restored my faith in Trigger's show? Why can't I have a cookie and eat a cookie? Now only Kyousou Giga is left to compete with KLK for my AOTS. Thankfully second half was on NNB's usual very high level. Episode 12 6/10. Non Non Biyori 9/10. |

The series did rise in rating fairly consistently as it aired. It was on 7.34 after about a day from episode 1's airing, and somewhere in the mid 7.7s before the final episode aired. The series counting as completed changes the rating formula which pushed it up to 7.93 even before the impact of people completing the series. Then again, I don't see why you're being so negative about that scene. You claim it as a trope, yet I don't think I've ever seen it approached in anything like this way before - to the extent that I wouldn't really even think it worth comparing to the old "character shown cooking something so dreadful it gets censored, and has a chance of melting the cooking utensils - and if anyone eats it they instantly pass out from food poisoning" - NONE of which happened here. Although if you didn't like it you didn't like it I guess - that's your loss. And, as I've said before, I did start wondering if they were going to do a final episode just focused on those two characters, which seemed odd. Anyway, NNB is vastly better than KLK. Can't comment on Kyousou Giga as I haven't watched it, although I have heard a lot of positive feedback on it. |

| I meant Stalker rankings, I don't pay attention to grades on MAL. And the moment I consider changing this stance, I look at list of top anime or Madoka's position or SAO's or (put in examples of more anime than I watched which can prove the point just as well). NNB was pretty high for past few weeks but it only rose so high after last episode. Such occurence was understandable in case of KinMosa which had exceptional finale but here... I just don't understand. However, now that I look at it, maybe it's because its release day was drawing near (what's more, on Christmas) and this coupled with series ending (regardless of last episode's quality) put it into top20 and then top10. But well, I'm probably just biased against this trope and Japan liked the scene, just like apparently everyone here. I've seen it plenty of times, with various degrees of extremity and this one was n't as nice as you paint it but yeah, should be below average on the scale. Thing is, the extreme cases are usually one scene gags so I can turn a blind eye to them but here it lasted whole six minutes. That's definitely too much for someone like me who doesn't find this humor funny at all because of its predictability and lack of realism (I only smiled at part with Hotarun suddenly getting mellow), even if the presentation is tamer than it could be (but on the other hand, it's still pretty extreme for this calm, relaxing show). It made the painful memories of Silver Link's past show come back to me when Hajime was getting in a way of Minami and Akihisa with her cooking about every episode. |

| And it's over - Hotarun being my favorite character after all but Renge being flattered when she saw girl's brother chewing fourleaf was priceless scene. Nice, calm and heatwarming series - from beginning to the end :) I'm almost sad it's over. Definitely recommended, 7/10. (wish this has second season next year) |

| Very enjoyable final episode here. Hotaru and Komari's picnic was cute (especially when Hotaru had to hold her hand to her mouth as if she was gonna be ill :P), but even better was Natsumi making a Renge crown for Ren-chon and giving her leaf wings to be a fancy/funky fairy. I'm glad we got to see Natsumi doing something like that, for once. :) The animation and the countryside also looked as great as ever. Overall, an awesome, beautiful, relaxing show with lovable characters to boot, and I definitely could've watched more than 12 episodes of it. There were one or two episodes I wasn't so keen on but most were great, especially episodes 4 and 8. In fact I may even rewatch this at some point, I enjoyed it so much. Aside from that, I look forward to the OVA and the possibility of a second season. :) |

The charming and delightful characters with their harmonious dialogue and lighthearted relationships produced a fresh tranquility that resonated deep within my heart and purified my soul. The quintessence of the slice of life genre: charismatic characters, adorable friendships, modest humor, and breathtaking landscapes in a relaxed, rural setting, complemented perfectly by pleasing music. |
| Hotaru enduring Komari's burnt bento was admirable, she'll make a great wife if not perished by horrible nutrition Ren chon impressed with her child like behaviors again it was funny and so cute, especially when Natsume dressed her up like a fairy I'll definately miss this soothing and funny show Hotaru for being mature and a Koma con Komari acting mature, but failing at it Natsume's trolling and fooling around and Renge for making clever remarks and encounters which made me laugh and interested in following her adventures And the side characters that made their pleasant appearances The creators had taken a great deal of care and eyes on details on this with the soundtracks that's worth getting A second season with at least the same quality again, please! |
| Put this off for so long cus i wasn't expecting very much from it. How wrong i was! One of the best sol, if not the best, i've seen to date. Can't think of a single flaw, will be missed. |

| Season 2 please! It's spring again, time flies, it's been a year since the start of the show. Koma-chan is supposed to graduate this year or next year, right? I want to know how will that work, will she goes to Tokyo or stay in the village. I cannot give anything lower than an 8, might be the best show of the autumn season. |
