| i've had this on my ptw for such a long time and i really enjoyed the first episode, looking forward to watching this weekly. more lighthearted than i expected but i haven't read the manga. i also liked the references |

| Blood Lad's first episode was very enjoyable, I loved it. The OP is so good, very catchy. Based May'n. :) I really like how Maou Sadao's VA is voicing Staz, his voice fits Staz perfectly. Those Dragonball references were awesome. I really like the anime's animation style and wackiness. The fanservice is pretty good too, not over the top. Fuyumi is really cute. :) 5/5 |

| This is so cute and adorable for some reason, I love it! I had reservations about this show since I don't usually care for random goofiness shows with no real overall plot. However, Blood Lad was the best of all the summer season premieres I've seen thus far! It's so hilarious! And it's randomness is charming. I think Staz is one of the most adorable vamps I've ever seen. I can't stand loli vampires as they just seem off to me, but there something about this guy's love for all things Nippon and his huge desire to visit the human world, that I find so cute. The demon world is interesting and the characters are fascinating. The 3-eyed panda thing was also kawaii! The girl wasn't annoying, which is always a plus in my book. In fact, she's taking the whole "being dead and trapped in another world she knows nothing about" thing pretty well. She and Staz have a connection and I find the fact that he wants to suck her blood a hint of romance to come. The comedy is so funny as well, I loved seeing Staz going through his collection, him reading "Dragonball" manga, having a Naruto/Goku cellphone charm, and him finding out that Square Enix doesn't know the meaning of the word "final" when it comes to Final Fantasy. (Oh, has that poor boy only had FF1 all this time? He need to do some serious shopping when he gets to our world.) This romcom is so cute and funny that I really want to see it through. Wolf boy that looks like he could be Toshiriou's brother will be interesting to meet as well in the future. I can't wait till the next episode. I give this an 8/10. |

| wow... just wow. this show is AWESOME! im giving it a 5/5 for two reasons. first being that in the opening scene there is sitting on his shelf, references to two of my most favorite of all time games ever (mother/earthbound and lunar)... there they are labeled "father" and "lanar" right next to one another. the other reason is fuyumi. OMG she is so hot! long thick legs, great hips, and a short-slightly plump torso... she is an oasis of beauty in a desert of too thin stick girls!  |

| Reminds me of Hataraku Maou-sama. Animation was very good. Is it just me or that girl is fond of sucking things? I mean, I have seen her sucking something in the opening twice or thrice... She is cute but her peronality is boring unless...she really loves sucking things :p Okay, she is not that bad. She is pretty funny xD And OMG how it ended. "The next day my school uniform was fully dry" xD The guy's looks remind me of hikigaya(oregairu) and his personality is random and funny. It is a bit too lighthearted though but i am gonna stick with it. I am in. 8/10 :) And Yeah! The thumb sucking is gonna start in the next episode. Looking forward to it xD |

| The Anime is very normal. Can't seems to find any good nor bad , its just normal ~~~ Many people said that this Anime is similar to Maou-sama(thou I think he is more similar to Nyaruko) but its not as funny as that Anime at all and the story is very plain so far. They should rush the story a bit to show their struggle in the human world . |

| Very hilarious episode!! The synopsis and the characters drew me in, and so far it's not disappointing me at all :) Fuyumi is so cute and Staz's obsession over Japanese culture is hilarious as well. I especially loved the Dragonball references. |

| This anime is really faithfull to the manga, which I am happy about. The comedy wasn't in it's full extend, but still a little funny. I love Staz, he's a badass. The animation and art are quit good but a bit too colorful, so it's a good first episode. I enjoyed watching it. And it isn't similar to Hataraku no Maou-sama! at all.. |

| One of my most anticipated show this season! STAZ IS HEERE! Very faithful adaptation so far. Though I think they are exaggerating the comedy a bit. The manga was hilarious but i guess its a little darker than this. Also the fight where Staz took down that plant man, he looked more scarier and badass in the manga. Anyways, great episode. Nice to see Staz, Fuyumi and Bell. Not exactly what I expected but I'm glad Brain Base is sticking very closely to the Manga. 5/5 Can't wait to see BA Staz in the future. Btw, is this really having only 10 episodes? WTF? They did show Liz and the others in the opening so I assume they will adapt until chapter 17 or 18. I JUST HOPE THEY DO NOT RUSH IT WITH HAVING ONLY 10 EP!!! |
