Good episode particularly the Mugi-Azusa interaction the two of them have never really interacted before so that was nice. Azusa was my least favourite but she has grown on me and I see her as a proper club member now after this episode.

What a wonderful episode, Azusa was really cute! I wasn’t too convinced by the second season so far, but it really got good in the last couple of eps. c:

It is always nice to see interaction between my two favorite characters: Asunyan and Mugi-chan, even though it was only for a short while.

Why do they keep laughing at stuff that isn't funny? Is it some kind of cultural thing with the Japanese? I guess that explains all the unfunny anime lately.

Also, new headcanon: judging from the fact that they have the same brother, Ritsu and Mio are sisters. He hid as soon as the girls arrived to keep that fact a secret.

Honestly, this episode was pretty boring, but the preview for the next one looks promising.

Another solid episode in which we got to see Azusa learn to understand each of her other club members a little better. Even though we still didn't see them play a song or anything. This lets get serious about practicing episode was long overdue. Honestly in the first season Mio and then Azusa being so insistent about them practicing got a little stale. But this episode reinvigorated it by directly addressing the ever shifting personality of Azu-nyan and having her get back to her serious roots. It does this by having her spend some time with each of the girls alone while the others are busy throughout the week. During their time alone she attempts to persuade them to practice more seriously. Well except for Ritsu which was really too bad because she was the one who in the past has had the least direct interaction with Azusa. But we also got to see her house and brother a little bit more which was cool. I thought the Mugi scene was really strong the beginning of the second half of this season has been determined to give her more to do. I thought the Mio scene was cute but a little short. I really liked the Yui and Azu-nyan scene the most though. I expected them to go back and forth like usual. But hey they actually practiced. Plus they're just really great together.

Azu-nyan centered episode, nice that this season is fleshing her out a bit more, enjoyed the interactions with the others, especially her part with Mugi.

had a funny experience with this ep today. just while watching the op i noticed that asuza and mugi never really had a one on one scene and low and behold they adress that exact thing right away in this episode lol.
im on my rewatch so i shouldve expected it but its been one and a half years and i guess i should be thankful that i get to experience it like its the first time once again.

The funniest part is at the end of the episode, however at certain times the sympathy rate was really high. Sometimes Yui is so reckless that she is a little boring.

Wow! it was a lifetime that I hadn't watched an episode of this anime. Better late than never.

God they really upped the cute meter on Azusa this episode. Although she probably struggled a lot trying to get the group to be productive and came to the conclusion that shes literally picked up their many habits, her cute factors were amazing.
must say rn im starting to struggle who my favourite character of the anime is rn, Azusa or Mio.
also where the shit is Sawa-chan. don't actually tell me she's still lost, i'll piss myself

Azu-nyan fighting desperately against her fall lol

But she is truly cute, and this episode highlighted that. Mugi's also cute, but in a different kind of way...

Sad that they didn't get to practice at all though lol I'd understand Azu-nyan's feelings

God bless Azusa, but her episodes are so boring to watch. This episode felt recycled a bit with her and the others and not intensively practicing as a Light Music Club from the past. Ending was decent, rest of the episode genuinely felt like timewasting.

The interaction between Mugi and Azusa was so fun in this episode.

I agree with Azusa. Mugi looks really good with the guitar.

The girls looked so cute together in this scene. ^^

"Don't waitresses normally wear cat ears?" Poor Azusa was so embarrassed after she learned the truth about those cat ears. xD

I see through Azusa's newfound gung-ho attitude. She realized something important.
Though Azusa did not like the sticker kick Yui's on, it actually saved one of her most cherished treasures from being lost.
A cute tomato, Azu-Nyan is.
Also, interesting thing with the bag s falling into each other...

Thresholding my overabundant thoughts about this near perfectly executed episode for a day to collect my thoughts for what you're reading now!!

Look, my opinion on Azunyan is harsh to say the least, where I can directly see that this is the start of original 4-koma manga creator "Kaikfly" downward slope on uncreative recycled characters rampage that is also physically apparent in "K-ON! College" and "K-ON! High School" with saving grace of KyoAni's incredible support to make her stand out on her own, especially these episodes that actually made me appreciate her a lot.

Start to finish this episode was excellent!! Yui and her cute obsession over stickers striking a resemblance back to when we were kids where our thoughts accepted everything physically flashy thinking stickers were the coolest thing on the planet and planted them everywhere farming an entire house of stickers on our expensive composition notebook that were supposed to be taken seriously, at least that was my experience with stickers when my I was obsessed with them in the same manner of Yui this episode?
Now, after these stickers made a gag revolving our main character of this episode Azunyan being caught by the barging brute Jun witnessing her in an awkward position when peeling a sticker off of Yui's hair, right ahead of the un-skippable opening, this scene leads to, yet another Jazz Club head over heels Jun moment, getting ahead of herself when she compares our beloved Light Music Club to her Jazz Club:

every time I see her babbling about it, I would always go "bitch, Light Music Club levels ahead of your lame Jazz Club that'll soon forget your existence after you graduate" but this does further enhance Azunyan's frustration, kicking off the main plot point of this episode!!

Mugi partially stealing Azunyan's spotlight with her innocent adorableness this episode, and our wholesome reminder that Mugi decided to take on the Keyboard instead of the Piano she is familiar with just so she can play light-music with her friends!

so...how do we tell her?

Azunyan need this episode to realize that she is here because she wanted to play light music with these respective individuals, on the contrary, this is what Mugi already felt immediately when she first met Mio and Ritsu, while another highlight towards the minor contradictions between Azunyan's self-strictness and seriousness against Mugi's endearing and motherly persona, this nervous energy develops between them when they're alone with each other but scattered with opposite thoughts:

Awkward situation between Azunyan and Mio alone trying their best to start a conversation without the extroverted Yui and Ritsu around was cute and funny but also painful to watch from an extrovert's perspective(you can tell from the sheer amount I writing right now), then adorably Satoshi is revealed to be somewhat introverted compared to what we expect from as a brother of the chaotic Ritsu, debatably, this could be why Ritsu knew how to handle nervous situations when she helped Mio.
Ritsu being a master chef is just one of her many additions that makes her wife material, and that scene where the hideous Tainaka Father's pantsu(underwear) was spotted and Yui innocent remark of "they're pink" caught me off-guard I burst out laughing on the spot!!

This episode ended beautifully with the stickers coming in handy when Azunyan lost her precious keychain signifying her believing she lost herself this episode only to be reminded that her friends would still see her as Azunyan eitherway:

I see Azunyan going through this same character arc as Mio back in 1st season episode 3 and also finding an answer to why she wanted to play join everyone so badly back in episode 7 of the 1st season.

This is one of favorite episodes honestly.
