Hey guys, Playing from mobile here so forgive me if the format is odd. I'm new to the challenge and have never posted in the forums. My question is pretty simple. May we change the difficulty level we chose for the challenge one we start/sign-up. For instance if we complete the challenge at one difficulty could we shoot for a higher difficulty? And in the opposite could we go down a difficuklty if it's not looking like we can complete the difficulty we chose. If we can change difficulty do we just update our sign-up post the same way we would to update a challenge item or is the process more involved? I searched for an answer in the rules and FAQ but I didn't see it. I may have just missed it though. I know I wrote a lot, but at it's core I think the question is pretty straightforward, my brain just needed some explanation I think. Thank you in advance!! |

(105) Watch an anime with a human main character that is not Japanese I'm using Quanzhi Gaoshou as a participant recommendation. Can I use Xiu Ye, from one of the others, for requirement (105)? I can't find anything that says outright that he's not Japanese but considering it's based off of a Chinese web serial novel as well as well as Wikipedia saying "The series depicted the fictional esports scene in China where the story revolves around a multiplayer online video game called Glory. The series was produced by Chinese internet company Tencent.", the logical conclusion would be that he is Chinese. |

Anime without Licensors are not that hard to find, maybe looking at less popular stuff would help? Though there is a bit easier way to do this, as you seem to have quite a large Plan to Watch list. Just go to your list settings and check the box next to Licensors under Anime List Settings. Then you can browse your Plan to Watch and see which anime have no Licensors. omg i love you right now. On challenge (100) Finish an anime you put on-hold or dropped on or before July 1, 2020 that has two or more episodes and an episode duration of 16 minutes or more, if you don't have anything that you dropped/ put on-hold before July 1 2020, is there anything to do or do you just have to choose a card without that one? I personally, do have a few that I dropped before then, however, I don't know the start/last episode watched date. Do I have to be specific or could I just give a good estimate of those dates for the challenge? |

@DieRubikDie I hate to question you, but, I am uncertain that is the case. Perhaps I am misunderstanding, but, take a look at this detail that was added into the "Restriction Notes" spoiler on the sign up thread: — Duration restrictions: γγγγ— Quick Shot: duration per episode is 15 minutes or less. γγγγ— Endurance: duration per episode is 20 minutes or more. γγγγγ• Most of the items that specify a different duration than your desired restriction must be completed with your desired restriction. γγγγγγβ For example, you decide to use (58) Watch an anime with 50 or less favorites and an episode duration of 16 minutes or more that γγγγγγ finished airing before you started it. If you decide on: γγγγγγγβ "Quick Shot", your anime would need to have less than 50 favorites and an episode duration of 15 minutes or less. γγγγγγγβ "Endurance", your anime would need to have less than 50 favorites and an episode duration of 20 minutes or more. To me, Endurance sounds like you need to make ALL items with an episode duration of below 20 minutes above 20 minutes to fall in line with the restriction. I don't want to question you, and I will take anything you say seriously, however, I want to make absolutely certain that myself or yourself aren't overlooking something. Thanks, buddy. |

We don't monitor or inspect them until you've turned in your challenge. If you go back to the signup post where you copied your original BBCode, you'll find a list of all the extra items you can swap in, with their code. It depends on what level you'd like to complete. If you're attempting to achieve Bingo Legend (the highest level), then you'll do all 64 items, so the lines don't really matter. However, the other 4 levels require a certain number of 8-item lines to be completed, so you'll need to watch anime that complete the number of lines for your level. Also, just to clarify, they don't have to all be horizontal lines. They can be vertical or diagonal as well, and if you overlap some lines then that lowers the number of items you'll need to complete. (again, this only applies if you're not going for the highest level) |
