| Violet Ever garden ep 10 - most emotional standalone anime ep I have watched Clannad AS ep 18 - most emotional non standalone anime ep I have watched yet FMAB ep 63 - Greeds scene,Father v truth confrontation,Ed's final resolution and Hohenhiem's scene(science v other dogmas,meaning of sacrifice (self-sacrifice) and human connection element) were so well done and basically climaxes/character arc closures which made the whole ep that impactful Gintama ep 305 - exceptional and emotional storytelling bearing the results of all the foreshadowing from loads of ep before Monster ep 71-(ep 49 is also an honorable mention) The magnificent Steiner :') . Grimmer was probably the least HUMAN like character in Monster in terms of being emotionally receptive or emotionally aware(after Johan) and yet felt the most Human imo Berserk ep 25 - Code Geass s2 ep 25 - All Hail Lelouch! Probably the best anti hero character(Lelouch) I have seen and a symbolically/conceptually/poetically rich conclusion for both characters (even though I didn't dig suzaku that much ) |
