| Look at this family. All kind of character pesonalities but they gave this a proper intro episode. Seven siblings all in one place. Shiunji is oldest one but also has somewhat the hottest temper. Out of the girls, they each kind of stand out although Kotono seems to the most timid. Ouka is the most outspoken one and also seems curious about Shiunji's personal life. They didn't waste much time with the character chemistry on this one. Maybe there will be character focused episodes or something in the future but this looked like a fun opening episode. |

| You really thought Reiji peaked with RAG? HAHAHA, oh buddy, you clearly haven’t seen this. Now you might be wondering, “How do you beat a beta male, loser of the century, blowing his cash every episode just to be a pathetic simp?” Well, let me introduce you to everyone’s favorite narrative device: INCEST. No seriously, at this point Reiji’s basically the Shakespeare of animanga. Dude just pulls these wild plotlines out of thin air like it’s nothing, legend behavior, honestly. That said, I’m ngl... I’m kinda excited. DomeKano is one of my all-time faves, so ofc I’m intrigued. I know I said “incest” earlier, but for at least the first half, it’s mostly just the siblings getting introduced. And you already know the drill: it wouldn't be a Reiji series without every background character loudly thirsting over the girls every other scene. Bonus points for the plastic-sounding dialogue and fake-deep conversations! And let’s be real, the "sibling" dynamics are so off. These people are supposed to have grown up together, but there’s zero sibling energy. Most of the banter is just people clowning on Arata for being a virgin, which like... who even does that in real life? Honestly, they should’ve just opened with the you’re all adopted twist and built from there. The way they handled it felt like bad acting straight out of that genre, you know what I mean. And also, a reveal like that should’ve hit at the end of the party or maybe the next morning, not tossed out right at the start. Still, Kotoko wastes no time being the first to go full-send on the situation, so I’m definitely curious where this is heading. If there’s one highlight from the episode, it was probably Ouka’s reaction, refreshingly grounded. Instead of getting all weird, her focus was on the fact that their bond as twins actually means something to her, and that she doesn't wanna lose that. That was probably the realest moment in the whole thing. As much as I clowned on it above… there’s just something about it that’s so trashy it’s honestly… kinda good? Unlike RAG, the visuals here actually look nice—and come to find out, THE Doga Kobo is working on this one. And honestly, out of their recent romance trio, Shikimori, Alya, and now this, I think I like this one the most so far. Crazy, I know, but yeah… I think this is gonna be quite the ride, and I’m all for it xD Also, banger OP with a very jiggly visual at the start there… |

| In the world of japanese cartoons, the word “siblings” has no genuine meaning whatsoever. There are tons of series where they use this pretext to work through the development, which doesn’t even need any kind of development in the first place. Seriously, the studio could’ve worked on something else, but hey, it’s from the author whose work sells like hotcakes because… Japan… Japanese people… need to say more? They are seven siblings, but yeah, the guy whose the main guy, really, for the course of 15 mins THIS FARCE LASTED, didn’t even try to see his sisters as “sisters”, even for once lmaoooo. I mean this should be obvious to anyone who isn’t even watching but yeah, the show’s GRANDEST TWIST, BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE MOST SEARCHED ROLEPLAY ON BRAZZERS AND ITS SISTER SITES… the siblings are actually NOT siblings. Hahahahaha, hahahahah, haha… seriously lol. SAW THAT COMING FROM A FUCKING LIGHT YEAR AWAY. Nothing to say really. If you’ve lived with someone for years and years as siblings, I’m sure someone just coming in and saying one of these days, that y’all are not siblings, wouldn’t actually lead you to think about marriage and stuff right? Sure the awkwardness will be there, but yeah, nothing more than that. Now see, our chad main guy banging one of them in the coming episodes… I mean it has kind of already started. |
| If you thought that mangaka Reiji Miyajima couldn't bow any lower with Kanojo, Okarishimasu a.k.a Rent A Girlfriend awaiting Season 4's split-cour coming next season, wait till you see the stopgap that is the adaptation of his 2nd most popular series: Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi a.k.a The Shiunji Family Children. The Shiunji heir of eldest son 16-year-old Arata having to grapple with his only brother Shion (who's a year younger than him) and the beautiful and pretty sisters of 18 y.o. eldest Banri, 2nd eldest 17 y.o. Seiha, the middle child 16 y.o. Ouka, 2nd youngest 15 y.o. Minami and the youngest of 14 y.o. Kotono, everyone has their different quirks, alongside their various fame and reputation that precede them as such. But Kotono being the outlier to confess her love for Arata, he only has eyes for Lala Yokoyama, whom Ouka has connections to as part of the same committee, which barring his childhood, scars him for being passive towards girls. But as fate/destiny would have it, Yokoyama being asked out by someone else than Arata, and their father Kaname (alongside the consideration of his wife and the childrens' mother Chihiro) dropping the bombshell on Kotono's 15th birthday, that the siblings are not blood-related but adopted, aside from Minami and Shion being actual twins. And sure, a family dinner IS a family dinner, but the 7 "siblings" being clearly shellshocked, even after growing up together like actual siblings for 15 years of their lives, but barely remembering anything from their past (at least to the knowledge of the oldest of Banri). Arata still having to help Kotono with washing her back just like their young days, his elder sibling status shows that he still has the chops to teach her what to do. The other siblings also have to settle with their matters as well, while worrying for the youngest because of her upcoming school exams, and still upholding Arata as the heir of the adoptive family...though Kotono seems like she's about to make the first step crossing into forbidden territory...!? NACHERRY's OP is decent, though the visuals are kinda nice. Yelp, just as I expected. This will be quite the "incest" stopgap of a riot. |

| The premise is interesting and is sure to receive hate for that, but from an entertainment perspective, the concept is amusing and fun. The start of the episode was funny, and it seems the brothers had it rough growing up with their five sisters. From what I understood, the youngest daughter, Kotono, confessed her love to Arata, but since they are siblings, he rejected her—as it was the right thing to do. Though, maybe something else also happened between them? With time, we’ll know. The grand reveal about the siblings not being blood-related has opened the door for some unwanted tension and romance between them. No one can maintain a proper appetite or good mood, but it seems Minami is just built different. The eldest sister has some nice goods, but she seems to be hiding something. I wonder what it could be. I can safely say that Kotono isn’t the only one interested in her sibling—there are more like her. |

| Decent enough start with plenty of funny moments. Feel bad for everyone and Kotono being told they are adopted especially when it's on her birthday. |
Well, that was the bombshell of the season, I'm ready for a really really complex "family" drama. |
| From the author of the masterpiece known as rent a girlfriend which changed the animanga medium and also japan and the rest of the world as well ig, Reiji, comes another anime with potential to be the next best harem romcom. Joking aside this manga is just another harem romcom with adopted sibling shenanigans. The fmc's are cute and there's actual harem development, more than the other recent harem stories at that. Though this'll prolly get rated to hell cause it's from Reiji. Production is as expected from Doga Kobo, will be a treat, stacked cast too. |

| I liked it, I feel Shion is weird esp with the school scenes and what he said about each sister, but maybe he'll be just normal as the episodes go by. Introductions to each sibling was good, wonder if it will peak or go downhill from here. |

| I thought it was just gonna be another quirky family comedy but nope, they threw in the whole thing like 15 minutes in lol. The mix of romcom and 'wtf is going on with this family' was kinda unexpected but honestly entertaining. Also, the animation's pretty clean and the pacing didn’t drag. Curious how far they’re gonna push the drama later π anyone else getting Domestic na Kanojo vibes? ps: actually is the same author of kanokari |

| This is like the Quintillizas, but with a touch of incest, and to top it off it's directed by Reiji, who is a weird guy, but knows how to get yen out of Japanese audiences. The premise is not bad. I just hope the protagonist doesn't turn into another Kazuya, that's all I ask for. As for the sisters, at first glance, it looks like Kotono and Ouka will be the center of the developing romance, while the others might eventually get involved. Banri also seems to be hiding something important to the story, though I'll forgive him thanks to the physicality they put into his attributes. Minami is somewhat my favorite, probably because she's the one who cares the least about what's going on. Still, knowing Reiji, this will drag on without much point. It's been a decent start, and the OP isn't bad. Let's see what happens from here on out. |

| Dumpster fire of the season dropped.. Why this anime is pretending to be serious family drama. It's harem incest where all girls gonna go after their brothers dick after discovering he is now an option. In this regard Kotoro already is best one atleast she had feelings regardless. But I liked Ouka more as a character. Conveniently Shion is not a option aswell. Such a silly premise it would do better with more comedic tone. Atleast this won't be as bad as Rent a girlfriend right? Kazuya is generational talent so Arata has his work cut out. But he is ticking all the wrong boxes. Two brothers are saying we never hit their sister and only take it, wtf man you never fought with your siblings. Taking help from sister in love is also not acceptable? This is next level wimp behaviour. And Doga Kobo man, another wonderful production. The characters look fantastic. Why it has be thisππ |

This is well made as expected of Doga Kobo(and just by watching I could somewhat tell that the characters are from Miyajima) and it has slightly more sophisticated feel to it than the other trashy incest bait series who usually fully embrace the degeneracy. That can be a good or bad thing. |

| This is a very strange anime. What's with the passion for incest? In large families, siblings are very rarely a romantic interest. They're supposed to treat each other like relatives. And just because they've found out they're not related by blood doesn't change that. That knowledge doesn't override 15 years of living together. The author made it sound like the only thing keeping them from the harem-ish was blood ties. Which is ridiculous. |
| Y’all ngl I kinda liked the first episode π it’s better than Kanokari which is a low bar, but I also think this benefits from having an MC who actually seems pretty normal unlike Kazuya. The girls seem varied and I love the seiyuu castings. Every time Arata speaks I can’t help but hear Anos though lol. I just don’t get how they really didn’t know they weren’t blood related when they all look so totally different lmao. Springing that on them at a birthday party was also wild, not saying he shouldn’t have told them but idk kinda killed the vibes for Kotono big day. It’s early, but I really like the cast so far. MC seems pretty chill, has his hormonal moments but doesn’t seem like a danger to society, tries to live up to his position as the male heir and oldest brother.. the girls are fun, especially Banri. But Takarie voicing Ouka puts her in the running for best girl too.. this COULD be a decent watch depending on the execution. Reiji isn’t a great author, but he knows how to write addictive garbage that you can’t turn away from lol. Why did they go so hard with the animation during the bath scene too lmao |

| I am surprise at the number of people who did not know the not blood siblings thing. I thought that was clear from the publicity articles and vids. Started out better than I thought it would, but did it have to to the youngest who had a crush on her adopted brother? Poor Shion, not even a fifth wheel, he is a seventh wheel. Is he going to be a wingman, but maybe flip out at interaction between Arata and Minami? Does Japan really have that much of a social distinction between blood, step, and adopted siblings? I have seen nothing like that around here, siblings are siblings, other than some temporary minor factionalism between step sibling when a blended family is fist made by a remarriage. Of course, I am an Evil Overlord with multiple harems and a legion of progeny now in top and middle positions in my Evil Empire. So, not your typical experience. Character design looks decent, and a good variety as well. Hope they have some character development is addition to differentiating them. | calm ep it makes sense that the father took so long, now that everyone is 15 years old minimum. Banri so fine, she definitely best girl. Can't lie Reiji really won as a author, great adaptations of both his most known works. 9/10 |

| Hmm quite the unique uniform colour. Love the family dynamics already. Arata being ganged on by his sisters lol. The sisters being a year apart was also quite interesting. Still bet they have the most fanatical of fan clubs. Despite his doubts its nice to see Arata be able to step up when needed. Quite the bombshell to drop esp on a birthday as well. Still guess now that they're not sibilings all bets would be off. Overall this premise is an interesting one matched step in step by its animation. Now if the narrative can match it this series should be a good one. |

| Was NOT expecting to actually enjoy the first episode. I was honestly expecting some family drama stuff but nope, they pulled the "were not siblings" card which sucks but... what do you expect from the RAG author? The characters are cool, MC guy is pretty cool. My favorite character so far is Ouka because she's voiced by Rieri so it automatically puts her at best girl status. And the rest of the characters have nice designs. So far, not a bad start, I should expect some more fanservice moments in the coming episodes... not ready for that but, who cares. Can't wait for next week's episode? I guess? 4/5 |
