| It looks like Hayakawa had somewhat of a complicated past but this episode did a decent job at higlighting the relationship beteween her and Somei. At this point, it's obvious they are the second main couple in the anime. It was awkward at first but their chemistry also felt realistic for two old friends meeting up and just being together. |

| Hayakawa being shy and also reluctant because of past experience was frustrating to watch but when she finally made the move at was nice to see. The seems like a nice couple and she she already got to introduce herself to her new mother in law even if it was a bit embarrassing. Let's hope the couple will have many more nice moments. |
| Nothing flares your competitive spirit back up like realizing what losing to your rival would actually cost you lol. Hope that little push from Yui really did break Masugu's prepare-hard-but-choke-when-it-matters curse. Now Somei can show our main pair what hiding a secret work romance really looks like, especially since Hayakawa's had experience. Sincerely happy for them though. |
| YES! Somei and Hayakawa are finally a couple! I LOVE IT! I did not expect Somei to be the first to confess. And to do it so bluntly too. That was funny but honest. I'm glad Hayakawa was also true to her feelings and accepted it. She can't find out what's gonna happen unless she tries. Shame about her past relationship tho. I kinda understand where her ex was coming from. He probably had insecurities about his performance compared to his younger gf. But to dump her AFTER she introduced him to her parents? And then getting married and leaving the company without saying a thing? That was foul. I'm glad Hayakawa didn't end up with that guy anyway. Somei is so much better. It's interesting that Hayakawa was secretly dating before Masugu and Yui. I wonder if she caught that Masugu and Yui might be secretly dating each other. And now that she's back to office romance, I think it's only a matter of time before she discovers it or Somei spills the beans. Anyway, I guess Masugu did well on his exam. Guess he'll be splitting the bill with Yui regarding the inn. This was such a good episode. I hope the last 2 episodes will be good. |
Hayakawa was going through all sorts of emotions Glad that she moved on from her break up and admitted her defeat to Somei. I never cared much about them till now but this was really sweet. And congratulations Masugu for passing the exam and surviving bankruptcy. |

Somei is creepy but I'm not surprised for a bit. The correct way to deal with drunk woman is definitely not taking her to your home, or even her home, but to police station, or if you don't have time, just leave her at that restaurant and let the restaurant deal with her instead.

| @phantomfandom To be fair, he did say to her he didn't know what to do. And well, compared to other manga/anime, they weren't alone at home. I think he did well, because also leaving her behind in a restaurant, or the police station is a bit more difficult, especially with a friend from work that shares your interests and that you have some kind of close relationship. They weren't strangers, and they didn't end up in a love hotel, for instance. |

| Yesss, a new couple has formed! I didn't expect Somei to be the one to confess, and it was so direct that it caught me off guard. I'm so happy. Only two episodes left - Masugu and Yui will celebrate their exam results, and I pray that Somei and Hayakawa will also celebrate in the same way now that they're a couple. 😏 |

| As much as I love Masugu and Yui I also really like Somei and Hayakawa so seeing another episode more focused on them was really nice and their finally dating too. |
| Kinda rare to see that both the main couple and the side couple are really good. Most of the time only either of them is really good and the other couple feels of at times. I really like this about this series and i hope such sweet moments will continue with both couples till the end. |

| Atta boy, Somei! Going for the older woman. Happy to see these two are finally a thing. I really like the dynamic of the young new guy and the older boss lady. They say opposite's attract, and I guess Hayakawa's outgoing personality levels out with Somei's more quiet demeanor. I have to say, that I can really relate to both Somei and Masugu in a lot of ways. Masugu cracking under pressure is highly relatable. There's a big difference between practice and the real thing for a lot of things in life, and I always seem to fail at the real thing, like Masugu. For Somei, I can really relate to how he prefers to be alone and just doing your own thing. My point with all this is I really think these characters are written well, and are relatable to a lot of people. They don't feel like cardboard cutouts or walking clichés. Really surprised this show wasn't picked up by anyone. I hope someone like Sentai swoops in and gets it, I'd love to own this physically. |

| Tfw no older mommy at work to fall in love with and go see obscure Japanese bands with. I’m absolutely marrying the first girl who fucks with My Dead Girlfriend and Kurayamisaka like I do lol. Somei and Hayakawa are so freaking cute, I understand her hesitancy to get into another workplace relationship, but if the older guy didn’t work out, try the younger one! Breaking up over sales performance is some real nerdy shit too 😂 I’m so proud of her for getting the courage to ask him out, it wouldn’t have been possible without Somei being as blunt as he is though. Somei just telling her he liked her is the sort of transparency that was missing in that previous relationship and gave her the courage to take that next step! I’m so happy because they’re lowkey even more interesting than Yui and Masugu to me lol. Can’t wait to see where this goes and hopefully we get double dates soon |

| It happened it happened it happened!!!! My beautiful side couple made it through~! Somei is so important. ♡ He really just genuinely feels like someone that Hayakawa needs; he just compliments her so perfectly in terms of personality and character. I mean, Hayakawa said it best, he can very straightforward (blunt, even), but underneath that, his words are always caring. You can really tell that he respects and cares for Hayakawa so so much. He really exudes so much grounding confidence for Hayakawa, and I feel like that can be really rare in romance anime. It's so nice to see here~ I'm also glad that we got that Hayakawa backstory... everything pretty much played out like I thought it would, down to them also deciding to hide their relationship, but I'm just so happy it actually happened that I don't even care. (It fits with the premise of this anime established from the very first episode, so~) Hayakawa also speedrunning by meeting his mother so early lmao. Oh and Somei's little smirk when they met in the office together just killed me, why was that so hot lol.  I really love them together so much, and I'm especially glad that Somei was able to break through all of Hayakawa's (understandable) worries and insecuries about the reality of their office relationship - especially after her past experiences. Her little blush of happiness at the end!!! I really really felt that, she deserved this so much~ So so cute!! ♡ I'm so sad that we only have 2 episodes left. I'm really grateful to this show for literally inventing office romance every week! ☆ |

| With Masugu's bookkeeping exam and Morizono's things to do, Hayakawa is left on her own, contemplating a date with Somei, though she still vehemently denies it. But for the former, Masugu's clearly nervous about taking the exam, as is the previous "exams" he had in his life with his anxiety. And with the bet against Yui, she has achieved her sweets goal, and now it's Masugu's turn to overcome his, and not pay the exorbitant 120k inn fee that she requests of him. While Masugu is having his exam, Hayakawa's date with Somei is no longer between boss and subordinate, but as close friends who share common interests, and he's etching to the point of having the same office romance...but Hayakawa pulled back due to her reasons. It's sad to see that Hayakawa had the same office romance as Yui and Masugu, but it didn't work out due to the difference in thinking, and worse, working in the same company only harbours messy thoughts, and so, she's trying to avoid the same thing with Somei. But in a state of confusion, Hayakawa having to meet Somei again, which he finally gets his point across to her, only to be shot down by her own perception of an office romance...while clearly drunk. That instead, brings her to Somei's place after her passing out, even having his mother witness her to her good graces, as embarrassing as it is. But seriously, Somei giving his relationship with Hayakawa some thought, and she eventually tells him her true feelings to make the confession a reality...though this office romance of theirs, is also a secret, something he learnt from Masugu about his relationship with Yui. Office romances can be great, THIS great in fact on a masterpiece level. |
