| W in Wano stands for Wings of the Pirate King. Wanji aka fastest Strawhat dominated majority of the fight while Queen was busy shittalking. Our gentleman chef was cooking fr and sent Queen's ass flying. Second half was gas. Ifrit Jambe went crazy and I love that the OST for it is like a remix of the classic Diable Jambe OST lol and that they used Luffy vs Ratchet which was also played during Diable Jambes debut. In puncto hype that's imo as important as the production value. Wano animation x Enies Lobby OST, new and exciting along with some nostalgia, I'm pleased that we got the best of both worlds. Great episode and culmination to Sanji's story arc. Lots was going on in Sanji's mind, imagery for the interal discourse was creative. Made his struggle so much more gripping. That's how you reinterpret older scenes for context instead of reused flashbacks. Sanji deserves that, such an amazing character. His relieved smile at the end was everything. |

| Oh god, this episode was made with greatness. Ifrit Jambe was so fucking good. it was worth to catch up with the anime! Great OST alongside the insane animation. I've seen the names of the animators working on this ep and the next for Zoro will be as good. |

| Super awesome episode. Ifrit Jambe was born out of Zeff's teachings, Sanji's humanity and Sanji's Mother's (Sora) Sacrifice, never from the cyborg genetic modified enhancements from Judge himself . |
| RAHHHHHH. SANJIIIIII. Bruh what a fucking episode. Ifrit Jambe was so fucking clean, and these animators had ZERO business snapping the way they did. Especially that one sequence where the animation was way more fluid and dynamic. Oh boy that was great. And I love how the anime added more emotional weight to the fight. If you're going to pad out the runtime, THAT'S the way to do it. I can't wait for Zoro vs. King, that's going to be so good as well. Great end to this fight. | A One Piece Sunday after so long for me. And what a week, we get no recap? Thats crazy. But we still get a flashback to less than 5 episodes ago? Thats even crazier. But, I have to say, Osome really is pretty. Queen really is obsessed with the Vinsmokes, truly the perfect opponent for Sanji this arc. Double Sanji eyecatchers! So it was Queen who injured Osome. What a b!tch Queen is. There we go with the smoothass animation, the love for Sanji doesn't stop. Sanji literally giving Queen the beating! Repeated but great animation at the end I guess that's the end for Queen. Another recap episode next week though oof |

| Ever since the WCI arc, Sanji has been struggling with internal conflicts that affect his family and himself. With his new realization that he is probably a cyborg like his brothers, these doubts have obviously increased again. Queen represents everything that Sanji detests. With Queen even being able to use the signature moves of Sanji's brothers as well as the invisibility of Sanji's raid suit, this wasn't just a battle to defeat one of Kaido's commanders, but even more to finally come to terms with his past. I'm glad it turned out Sanji wasn't the one who hurt Osome. Lost in thoughts and a few seconds later the bleeding Osome in front of him, Sanji of course didn't get the idea that it could have been someone else. Still, that should give him hope that he's far from mutating into a heartless monster, and he also realized that his exoskeleton, muscular strength, and mobile speed are just more tools in his arsenal that he can use to create an even more impressive technique . So nothing stood in the way of Ifrit Jambre being born. The animation throughout this sequence looked brilliant. Queen had to take a whole French cookbook of attacks :D Even with Queen's provocations, Sanji was finally able to face his past. This has been beautifully portrayed in the form of the iron mask he had to wear as a kid. As he himself has recognized, whatever his past may have been and whatever family he was born into, how his future will be shaped is in his own hands. He's now officially back as Black-Leg Sanji of the Straw Hats, again beautifully visualized in the form of him running towards his friends. What followed was the perfect ending to this fight. This was probably the best Sanji episode I've seen so far. Sanji's character development is just amazing. What an insane episode. Not only from an animation standpoint but also because of the great direction. |

For Sanji, by utilizing his robust exoskeleton as a shield and enveloping his Diable Jambe flames with Busoshoku Haki, he transforms them into more scorching, azure flames known as Ifrit Jambe! But seriously, AKIHIRO OTA, I. FUCKING. KNEEL. 10 more chapters to go till the most anticipated moment. |

| I really appreciate it that they're putting a lot of effort for the best fights, and the finale of Sanji vs. Queen had top quality animation. Such an incredible episode! Well done, Toei! I hope that the last remaining fights in this arc would earn stellar animation (or better) like this one. Truly fantastic, especially the animation of Ifrit Jambe. Good riddance, Queen. That brachio-bastard deserved all that beatdown despite having near-infinite stamina/HP. |
| The episode didn't have a recap so this automatically goes into the Hall of Fame, jokes aside, the direction and animation of this entire episode were one of the best we had in One Piece. The fight choreography was exceptional throughout the entire episode, especially Akihiro Ota's sequence of Ifrit Jambe. Another unexpected delivery from Toei was Mother Sea. It has been a long time since they used that OST and it was a cherry on top of the anime-original scenes.
