| This was not a day to soon. If you ask me they should have decided on making an anime adaptation ages ago. What's you alls opinion about it? Will they be able to make it as good and funny as the manga and catch that true smugface form Nagatoro? I for one can't wait until it premieres. Oh and btw... | As long as they don't mess up with the VA casting, I can't see this being too difficult to adapt. Just need to prepare for the tidal wave of Nagatoro reaction images. |

| Surprised it was finally announced. A few days ago I was discussing with a friend why this hadn't gotten an anime adaptation yet and he believed the characters were too stagnant to be able to carry a full animated series. I dropped the manga months ago but perhaps now is the time to jump back in. |
| I've been wanting this and Jahy-sama wa kujikenai! to get anime adaptations for the longest time so I'm pumped that at least Nagatoro is! I imagine this first season will cover through the school cultural festival arc, and here's to hoping that it'll be a full-length series instead of half-length (11 minute series). btw I think the VA choice is a good one and she seems enthusiastic too. Air date hasn't been set yet so I'm wondering if Summer 2021, Fall 2021, or Winter 2022 would be the most plausible premiere as well; regardless the hype is real! |

Best thing they can do since the chapters are not that long or full of content is 20 min episodes and do like 2-3 skits of like 6-8 minutes each. Have seen a lot of anime adaptations do it like that and it works rather good imo. |

| I bought the first 2 volumes of the manga then the next day it has an anime announced. Funny coincidence. I'm hype, i love the manga so seeing Nagatoro animated will be lots of fun. I'm sure we'll be seeing screen caps of her face everywhere for a while. |

| I find it odd it got an adaptation considering there's barely enough content to make a full series. Either way, I welcome this and I really hope for a full adaptation, it's one of my favourite things. |

| The studio did a great job with Orange as an anime adaption, and the director was good with Mirai Nikki as far as I know, so I'm somewhat confident it'll be a good adaption. I think from somewhere in the pitch of Shalltear from Overlord but cuter and some flair of Dekomori from Chuunibyou for the teasing nature in some form would the best interpretation of Nagatoro that Sumire Uesaka can voice. .... Does anybody know if the mangaka will be involved somehow in the anime? |
