Even the worst Gintama ED can work as an OP... Loved the special ED. Though the longer version of the song sounds alittle unnatural (which I picked up from the 40s preview anyway)... And also loved the sengoku basara reference... |
| Holy crap, there so much lolz and win here today. -Perhaps the best joke was the one referencing Sengoku Basara. I wasn't 100% sure if they would bring up the fact that Hijikata's voice actor is same as Murasame but then I realized "This is Gintama. Of course they would." I wish they had said "PUT YOUR GUNS ON!" (Speaking of which, why hasn't there been a joke referencing that he's also Zoro's voice actor?) -When they said the show would end in March, I was like "NOOOOOOOOOO!" -Otae was making a lot of Light Yagami faces today. Almost every scene she was in, I thought she would go "JUST AS PLANNED!" -Please stop making us look at Kondo's junk....please Sunrise.... -"What's with the psuedo-Human Instrumentality project. Ikari may approve of it but I won't." Is there anything this show won't acknowledge? -Golgo Elizabeth and Sadaharu no Ken moment was win. -How the hell does Justaway rank higher than Sat-chan or Tama!? |

| Hilarious episode, now to discuss. Nice end to the arc but I personally don't like screen-time focused on Shinpachi, It's been happening too much lately. I don't dislike him I Just find myself bored when he's on the screen for more than 3 seconds. I enjoy his 2 second puns but other than that, eh, spare me. Haven't seen Sengoku Basara but I knew the parody of It when Katsura brought It up, thanks to some I know who have seen the show, made me laugh still. The Sadistic Sougo boxers cracked me up, cute fit. Next week doesn't look special but still look forward to It. Screen caps of the high lights of this episode if some are interested: |

| I was hoping that there would be more to the conclusion of the arc, but nevertheless I wasn't expecting Yamazaki to be behind everything. This arc is definitely one of my favourites now. |
| The arc finally concludes... Best parts: The underwear part where they were speaking Engrish XD Kondo stripping and laying on the ground XD Badass mascots (Elizabeth and Sadaharu) XD Anyway, one of the funniest arcs of Gintama next to the Otsu Tournament for me :D |

| Oh no... all the girls dancing in unison was just too moe and retarded for words. Seeing such "serious" girls dance so bad has its own awesomeness. Kybei and Tsukki definitely stole the show for a large portion of the series. Lots of egao in this episode. This arc is a pretty smart way to get different characters to fight each other that wouldn't otherwise fight each other. Ending was classic Gintama fashion :) After 150+ episodes, you start to get used to when the gags are going to happen. Like when its serious for too long, you just know some sht is about to go down. But still, there are somethings that catch you off guard like the Perfume dance. |

| The funniest arc of the show! Whoever thought of exploiting the popularity polls and turning it into a 3-ep arc is a genius! This arc could have gone 5 or 6 eps and I wouldn't care! I don't know who those groups they were ripping off but their dance routine was hilarious. Edit: I would have voted for Hasegawa Madao...He actually reminds me of myself before, without the shades, cigarettes and younger...way,way younger... |

| This was probably the most creative idea for an arc I've ever seen in an anime, and it surprisingly worked. I still think it could've been better. I was thinking that Yamazaki and Shinpachi winning was too cheesy, but then the characters go and throw them off the building. |
