| Just when I was about to celebrate the ending of fillers.... I remembered how much I HATED this upcoming arc!!! Only one episode, and this has already SPARKED and renewed my hatred for SauceGay... Not to mention Naruto's epic sense of logic: "SauceGay is my friend, I will save him" |

I think it may be partially due to the fact that we've been in fillers for months...but I thought they did a great start with the episode. And I liked how they animated the little fight between the Cloud Ninja and Naruto, Sakura and Sai. Hope this trend with good animation and decent pace continues. |

It's not like she doesn't have a valid reason for it anyway so I am cool with it. What do bugs me though, is that since she fought Sasori.... damn, what a downfall! She was so good there and now gets wtf-pwned in seconds :( |

| I would've reacted the same way as Sakura did to the seal on Sai's tongue; I'd be appalled. Can't believe someone would do that to their subordinates. Then again, it's Danzo the butthead so it's actually totally believable, isn't it? Naruto was indeed really composed and "cool" (as in cool-headed, although he was cool in the "awesome" way as well, haha) in this episode. Kind of liked it. Quite a bit different than his previous, easily defensive and very reactive personality. It speaks volumes about how much he's matured as a character. Well, I'd like to think so, at least. |
