| In a way, I believe the Black Knight has some degree of respect and at least curiousity in Usato. He only agreed on his conditions after being captured. Rose is still intimidating as always. Meh, idk how to feel about this episode. It focused on different characters but the main story feels loose. Usato is also back to training again. This just felt weird for a penultimate episode. |

| The war's over, and things are slowly getting back to normal. Thank goodness. In preparation for the next battle, the Kingdom of Llinger decides to interrogate the captured Black Knight. As a condition for cooperating with the interrogation, the Black Knight requests to meet with Usato. His request granted, Usato arrives at the cell where the Black Knight is held captive. There, Usato notices the injuries that no one else had noticed on the Black Knight. Usato, recognizing the Black Knight as an enemy, casts healing magic on him. Healed by Usato's magic, the Black Knight starts to feel some certain emotions. Usato totally deserved that punch from Rose this time. Why was he dancing before giving a speech? LOL. And I didn't expect Black Knight to be disloyal. Demons, right? Can't trust them ever. At least they explained why healing magic works so well against Black Knight. Screw the demon lord for making someone as cute as Black Knight fight for him. Poor Usato is the only one going through Rose's insane training. But hey, it made him strong enough to beat Black Knight. Maybe he can take down the demon lord too if he gets even stronger. And now Black Knight's joining in on the crazy training... lol. Hopefully, she gets back at the demon lord. And meeting that fox lady again, the one who saved his comrades' lives... it's only right that Usato heals her mom. |

| Usato's role within the war is pivotal to the knights's success, and that is especially towards the Black Knight whom they have captured thanks to him. Her wanting to see him as part of her demands to cooperate, aside from Suzune being a literate joker, it seems as though she's genuinely asking for help. And Usato given the clearance to heal her, she's really hurt and needs warmth like Usato's healing magic. Out from the prison, and back into training...as Rose personally conducts Usato's training, and lest he wants to insult her further, the training's only going to get harder from here on out. His only companion is the Black Knight, and whatever Suzune says in video game terms, people like Princess Celia should stay away from her. And Kazuki was about to dig his own grave from Celia, though she certainly caught that detail lols. But salvaging the Black Knight is easier said than done for Rose to turn her back to the path of good, and as per normal, she subjects her to her training instead to become an upright demon. The journey to deliver missives: Kazuki, Suzune and Usato, it's just natural that the king trusts the trio. Usato encountering the same fox who gave him trouble the other time, she wants him to pay it back by healing her mother...are things going to get complicated again? |

| Usato’s developing a little harem lol. Now he got the black knight as well as all the girls in town. Suzune better make a move before it’s too late. 😂 New best girl dropped. Black knight is so damn cute. Suzune got some real competition. Of course she ends up being a scared little girl under all that magical armour. She and Usato developing chemistry over the course of the episode was fun. She’s such a tsundere and I can’t wait to see how she’ll get along with Rose as a member of the healing corps. It’s nice that the king is such a forgiving and kind soul to give her an opportunity to change. The contrast between Kazuki and the princess training and Rose and Usato is so jarring, I don’t blame Usato for being jealous lol. Too bad Kazuki had to run his mouth and spill the beans about almost dying. The princess never gonna let him out the castle again lol. So Kazuki, Usato and Inukami are gonna set off on a journey next.. that’ll be really fun. I’d love a second season of this to see how that plays out. The energy with those three is going to be awesome. First up, finale next week. Wonder what’s wrong with Fox girl’s mom? I am so gonna miss this when it ends 😭 |

| Usato got a new heroine lol. I think she's gonna be fun. That crying scene was beautiful, good for her. Suzune senpai though, never change. Blurin got fat, time to to exercise boy. Also Usato sure became popular, even with the ladies as random girls are appearing to just meet him. |

| I find it funny that for an episode with a title about the Black Night's identity that...we didn't actually learn her identity. We already knew what she looked like. Given Rose saw her this week though I'm guessing my theory about her being a character from that long and unnecessary flashback was wrong. After all, one would think Rose would have killed her on the spot if she were the young demon girl who saved the demon who killed all of Rose's loved subordinates. That aside fox girls' mom needs saving? Sounds like a decent way to end the season next week. Hope they bring whatsherface along since she's already right there anyway and obviously wants the MC badly. |

| I'm glad that this isn't the last episode but at the same time, saddened, as the last episode next week is the last... 😖😖😖 Black Knight is so pretty, if only she doesn't have those weird horns, I'd say she's a beauty, but since that's the author's taste, I can't say I like it as well. Btw, the camera's perspective for her is rather, cute but lewd. 😳 Suzune has a rival now for Usato. This is a love triangle! Suzune x Usato x Black Knight...! 🥲 Kazuki's secret got revealed to the princess, the glare was awesome. Did I see a hidden side to the princess? Princess: Suzune said you raised a flag earlier. Usato: ... Suzune was on attack at a later time... she's on the offensive... well played, dear main heroine. At the end of this episode, we got to see our fluffy character... P.S. I know that it's misleading... 🤣  Gotta catch 'em all?! 🤣 |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| Yeah I think the Black Knight being trained under Rose will be good punishment but hopefully Rose keeps a constant eye on her and that the collar never falls off unless Rose decides to remove it. With Usato going to different regions to deliver missives plus the fox girl now wanting him to save her mother to repay the "favor" of her showing him a grim future I think this may end up on a cliffhanger or a preparation-type finale. |

| Now that Usato is famous he's got a lot of girls simping over him, including Suzune and more recently the Black Knight demoness he healed. Then he sees his friend training with the light while the Princess is gazing at him adoringly, and considers his horrific training with Rose, it's no wonder he's jealous as heck! Finally the poor black knight is now going to be trained by Rose, after having her mana sealed away. One can only sympathize. This anime has been one of the more interesting isekai this season! |

| I wanted to say this doesnt feel much like a final episode, but then I noticed there is one ep left. Be Usato. See adorable, OP, tsundere demon girl. Dont leave her alone. I see what you did there. I thought Suzune would get jealous or something but nope. She continues to be the by far best character in this show and should be the MC instead. I wanted to complain about how much I hate the shounen trope of "You nearly killed my allies, lets be friends" but I guess the whole PoW thing is a good explanation. |

Wait... How do you have the Rose Flashback episodes and then have Rose say "I know how much Demonkind cares about their comrades" and suggest they'd be "outraged" and "burning with the desire for revenge"?
A perfect example of a show Telling something is true, but not Showing it to be true. In fact, they showed the opposite to be true. they don't care about their comrades and will sacrifice them even in a small skirmish.
Equally, unreasonable, Usati said "huh. what's that?" and the camera zoomed to specify what we were to look at. From my anime experience, every boy Usato's age knows what that is.
"The enemy of going to attack again, so we need to get help. 🤔 Let's send 3 of our best fighters who know NOTHING about this world outside of our country to talk to other countries!" Genius idea. they don't know customs, what's insulting and if you get attacked they won't be there to help you. 🤦🏾♂️

In Rose's flashback demon commander explained exactly why he decided to sacrifice his unit to ensure victory, why it's important and why it was heavy decision to make. Also, did you miss the entire part with his subordinate, how he protected her and how much she cared for her commander? Not to mention they take their sweet time with preparations for war (which is why that unit had to make sure they are undiscovered) and attack with overwhelming force even though they are superior to humans both in magic and physical strength. All of this to preserve lives. It will take months or even years to launch another attack. Sending heroes on this quest is exactly the right choice. Not only it will be opportunity for them to travel the world, learn, strengthen the bond between them but it will also make a lot easier to convince other countries to join. I'm pretty sure that having not one hero but two and a super rare healing magic user will be much more convincing than some random envoy. But you have a point here. There's potential for "stupid" if they'd send them alone on a trip instead them being a part of larger delegation. |

I love how Suzune mentioned that Usato triggered a flag with the Black Knight... and then another one with herself xD. That close-up of the Black Knight's ass was interesting... Usato picking up the fox girl out of nowhere was hilarious. I really thought this was the final episode until it ended the way it did and there was no way. One episode left. |
