| Seems like a lot happening this episode, but worst of all, why does Yamato have to use her horrid devil fruit again? Yet another episode mistake in my book, solely from that reason alone. Nothing else matters anymore. I guess Kid and Law was cool. But what in the goddamn was that reaper? I despise Yamatos furry form. |

| Big Mom is the most nerfed character aside from the admirals at Marineford. She could've easily finished both of them off along with their crews. Punk Corna Dio was fire. Yamato doesn't have as much as AP as Kid and Law. It was still an average episode overall in terms of adaptation. Pretty basic interpretation of the panels along with okayish animation. The awakened moves was were the most effort went into, but they have to kick it up a notch for the next two actual episodes ๐ค๐ป Recap fuels hope |

| We got the usual animation again, so nothing special basically. Also while the episode showed a lot of characters, it felt like barely anything happened although I was glad to see Chopper back in his usual form because I loathed his previous form so much lol. Episode was the very definition of the word "mid", which is fitting since Kidd was featured a lot lol. |
| I really loved how the grim reaper scene looked, and the sequence of Izo walking down the hall was pretty striking Law and Kidd finally get the performance floor! |

| Law's Devil Fruit is a powerful one, and it was neat to see him use it to such devastating effect against Big Mom. The Grim Reaper looked a little bit less scary in the anime, but it was still a pretty cool scene. 6 more chapters to go. |
| Another episode where we had a bunch of scene changes. I'm glad to see that Chopper finally turned back into his old form. Being out of action for such a long time definitely shows the huge side effects of the new Rumble Ball, which could be a problem especially in future fights. Seeing Zoro lose so much blood is quite worrying. Especially in the context of him fighting the Grim Reaper, which obviously suggests he doesn't seem far from death. Hopefully Franky or Chopper can find him because he won't have much time left. Luckily, Yamato was able to freeze the explosives before the specter could reach them. The only question now is whether there is any way this thing can be stopped completely. So far this task seemed rather difficult. Without a doubt, both Law and Kid suffered tremendous damage at the hands of Big Mom. Still, with her incredible combat experience, I would assume she doesn't underestimate any opponent, which was absolutely the case here. Turning away from your enemy can have fatal consequences, as we've seen, as Law and Kid were able to take advantage of this. With Law's K-Room Anesthesia and Kid's Punk Corna Dio, Big Mom now seems completely defeated. At least on first appearances and since she was already pretty weakened. But with Big Mom, you never know. Next episode appears to be a synopsis of the Law/Kid vs Big Mom fight. Does this possibly mean that in 2 weeks we will move on to the showdown between Luffy and Kaido? |

| the grim reaper scene has been animated and we're still not sure wtf that was lmaooo. was a very cool sequence though. good to see chopper back to normal, yamato fighting fire with ice and jimbe and franky doing their own thing. i really liked how izou didn't hesitate to shoot those two, just a reminder that talk-no-jutsu doesn't work with pirates lmao. law did k-room upon big mom again and kidd's punk corna dio was very cool. it seems next week will be a recap of the law and kidd vs big mom fight though. i didn't expect them to recap this fight, i thought the zoro vs king recap would be the second last wano recap, but i was very off lmao. |

Izo has finished off some random Beast Pirates and runs into CP-0. It seems they might square off. We finally get to see a transition image for Chopper! He is holding up a green leaf all happy and jolly! How cute! Yamato arrives in the armory and freezes the weapons with Namuji Glacier Fang. He then attacks Kazenbo with Mahoroba and tries to freeze it. Kazenbo isn’t done yet, so this fight will definitely continue. Lastly, we got Big Mom’s fight against Kid and Law. Law and Kid get shocked and it seems that they’re down for the count. Big Mom assumes that Law and Kid are done, so she ventures to the top of the Skull Dome to meet with Kaido. Unfortunately for her, Law still has some gas left. He uses K-Room Anesthesia to puncture Big Mom. He then continues to SHOCK. Some of the objects that Big Mom animated with souls go at Law, but Kid counters with his magnetic force. Kid gives Big Mom this speech in which he’s confident of Luffy kicking Kaido’s ass. He uses Punk Corna Dio, which is a huge metal bull that’s bigger than Big Mom herself (who made herself bigger). He smashes into her with this contraption and knocks her down. Law and Kid end things off by letting her know they won’t let her go to the rooftop! Such amazingness and badassery from Luffy’s friends. I’M EXCITED FOR MORE ONE PIECE! Too bad now we have another filler episode next week... sigh |

| Gonna say this. As many would say that Kaido and Big Mom could just finish all of them. I agree. But as one says. They "do not bother wasting the time" with "small fries". They have been on the Emperor of the Seas for so long. That they underestimate their opponents for so long if they do not find them interesting or strong. That kind of mentality becomes contagious eventually especially if you have been strong for many years and have been undefeated and untouched for many years. It is always going to be like that like it or not. I mean I can't be the only one thinking that kind of formula is always used all the time. |

| That episode went by in a trice! So much happened from that Grim Reaper that Zoro was apparently hallucinating(i can't even remember despite reading the manga) to Yamato trying to stop Kazenbo from activating those explosives to Izo putting his life on the line for the sake of Luffy despite being injured, but the highlight is definitely Kid and Law vs Big Mom Big Mom naive as ever, decides to go to the rooftop because Kid and Law were AWOL. Ofc she gets attacked from behind by Law and then Kid also comes in with this Punk Corna Dio which looks like something straight out of Horizon Zero Dawn. I had the chills. Not mad about the recap episode. I'll even watch it because Nami and Robin will be commentating about the Big Mom fight.... sort of. |

| Ep was fine. The animation in the next one looks like it’ll be a banger. Interesting to see the Grim Reaper scene get animated.. I still have no idea what’s going on there XD The subs on crunchyroll changed the feel of that Izo scene a bit. I prefer “Not another step… CP0” |

I don't know why they keep doing this thing where Kaido keeps transforming from human, dragon, and human/dragon forms. | this episode was a bit better but this arc has gone on way too long. i still don't know how to feel about big mom as a character i used to think she was redeemable but now i would not be sad if they obliterated her, she's worn out her welcome for me. as much as this arc irritates the hell out of me and is literally the worst thing to ever happen to anime i do appreciate how everyone gets their own time to shine. i just wish they kind of got on with it instead of spending half an episode showing us characters running in a repeating background talking about what we can already see. |

Anyways... we are at the apex of this arc right now and the STudio at the moment are preparing/setting up resources and materials for the production of the finale. Anime leakers have even confirm that the ending will be one of the highest budget pieces of the series they have ever done. This could also be the reason for this upcoming recap. They simple need a bit more time to before they are fully prepared. You can also tell there currently saving the budget as this current episode wasn't all that crazy. this episode was a bit better but this arc has gone on way too long. i still don't know how to feel about big mom as a character i used to think she was redeemable but now i would not be sad if they obliterated her, she's worn out her welcome for me. as much as this arc irritates the hell out of me and is literally the worst thing to ever happen to anime i do appreciate how everyone gets their own time to shine. i just wish they kind of got on with it instead of spending half an episode showing us characters running in a repeating background talking about what we can already see.
