| The dialogue keeps getting worse and worse. Even the sub can't escape the overload of GenAlpha slang from the Poly twins. This show is gonna age like milk within a few years. Or I might just be burnt out on...everything. I've definitely felt that way for the past month or so. |

| Top to bottom, the best Panty and Stocking episode ever. The new animation for the transformations was amazing, even for the dudes. The fight choreography was terrific too. The after credits scene confirms that that the Poly brothers will be back. Now that Scanty and Kneesocks are more like friendly rivals, the girls needed new enemies, so it makes sense. In the dub they use nothing but zoomer vernacular, which is hilarious, annoying, and totally in line with "newer" and "younger" angels. The gunsmith girl was insanely cute. She was just as cute in her nerd outfit too. She was fun, so I hope we see her again. This new season has been a total joy to watch so far. |

So nice to have a black woman now...black anime fans are eating well this season with her and Gachikuta. Also....fujoshi get the angel boys...so they gt to eat too. I'm tired right now. | Rlly delivered with the action especially near the end. Loved the more hand-to-hand stuff and the transformation sequences were just incredible! Maybe a little less funny than previous eps tho, also didn't luv the like Gen-Z slang of the guy angels, maybe that was just the translation tho. |

Although I do find kinda annoying how dialogues are sometimes "americanized" (translator takes a bit too much freedom when translating and rather uses a more American expression, in place of the original Japanese sentence. Most notable with Panty's lines ("iPad kids" from this episode is the only example that comes to mind, although partly justified for the reasons I'll explain next)), the use of Gen Z slang was totally justified here. As the other user has already pointed out, Japan has its own slang, and you can't really translate that. The best you can do is adapt it using the language's you're translating to own slang. I suppose that they could have used translator notes, but those are considered unprofessional and never used. It's not cringe, and it's definitely not pandering (how the fuck would that even attract more, younger viewers?), It's literally how they talk. The issue is that it's Japanese slang, so you wouldn't have understood a word of it. A translator's job is to take the anime and put it into words that people who don't speak the original language can understand. If you don't like that, then you should discard subs altogether and start learning Japanese. To drive the point home, I'll now write an idiom from my native language, and a literal translation next to it. Localization will be in the spoiler. Let me know if you correctly guess what it means! In bocca al lupo! / Into the wolf's mouth! Yeaaa exactlyyy panty and stocking has been known to use slang and other non eastern kindve terminology. Don't think this is a "westernization" situation here because the Japanese know it FITS here. Maybe they went over board a bit at times 💀 but nah totally in line with how panty and stocking is. Now IM just glad that they didnt do no "LGBTQ" or Or y'know "that" kindve pandering. Genuinely shows how in line the Japanese are and y'know ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO WRITE A GOOD CHARACTER WITHOUT HAVING THERE "Flamboyancy" BE DEFINED WITH SOME WESTERN IDEOLOGY LIKE EW. | Holy fucking sakuga, actual peak just dropped! The writing, the jokes, the voice-acting, the freaking music! I mean, holy crap, have you HEARD Polyester and Polyurethane's theme?! What a banger! And even the new opening (which I was never really fond before) officially won me over through its use as background music during that epic fight. This is the classic PSG feeling that I felt this season was lacking. If the remainder of the episodes are more like Bitch Serial Killer and The Angel Brothers Appear, then I think this may even rival season 1. |

| Ah. So they're keeping the tradition of making Episode 6 full-length and introducing new characters in it from Season 1. I like it. Polyester and Polyurethane? I thought important characters in this show are supposed to be named after clothes. But close enough Ig. But bruh, these Gen Alpha angels were kinda annoying. It's weird to have male angels in a show dominated by women in the first place. But Ig this brings some variety. I'm just glad the male angels are just annoying little cousins of "Pantiel" and "Stockiel". That's so much better than if they were some forced love interests. I am so glad they followed up the male angel transformation scene with a BRAND NEW angel and demon transformation scene! That saved my eyes lol. The old transformation scene from Episode 2 was already GOATed. I can't believe they made a new one that's actually better. That doesn't seem possible, but it is. The quality of this season is unbelievable. I hope they keep it up. I guess this season the main villain is actually an angel? That's crazy. I guess not everyone in heaven is a good guy in the P&S universe. This episode was phenomenal. Angel and demon sisters teaming up to fight other angels was really awesome. The animation and OST went so hard. I really wish I had watched this sooner. I'd say this is the best episode of Season 2, like Episode 6 was the best of Season 1 if Episode 1 of Season 2 didn't exist. That episode was just hype in every way possible. I doubt even the season 2 finale would be able to compare. |

| I don't remember Charlie The Unicorn being that popular, to have a slight joke about it on here; got a chuckle from that. I love the idea of Gunsmith Bitch gathering coins... for what though? Can't wait to see why. The lore expansion makes me want to see Archangels and Demon Lord's. Polyurethane & Polyester have hilarious lines and it didn't fall flat, spoiled little shits hahahaha. Also don't mind short stories yet another full length episode is definitely a nice change of pace. I hope Mr. Abrams comes back in season 2. |

| This episode was definitely one of the better ones. I don't know, something about the new season doesn't feel quite right compared to the original, but this episode hit the mark. Loved the new angles, the new transformation for the sisters was cool, and I honestly didn't mind the brainrot slang, felt pretty appropriate for the zoomer newgen angels lol. Also, looks like Panty might be part Kiryuin with the heel click lmao. |

| Those transformation sequences were so peak; I loved the animation and all the fight scenes. This was a lot like the episode in season 1 when the demon sisters were first introduced, so hopefully we'll see the brothers come back from time to time as recurring villains I'd love to see more of them |
