| We go some more royal guard action and I have to say, some of them have rather colorful personalities. Ichibe in particular is worth to keep an eye on. Also interesting to see more of Uryu's role in this arc. Oh and can't forget about Yhwach obviously. He's on a whole different level compared to other members of his organization. It's incredible how much he can influence this arc. |

| I'm liking the anime-only content we're getting I can't lie. Having escaped from the trap set in the fake Soul King's palace, Yhwach confronts the guards of the true Soul King's palace. They warn him not to casually use their names while wielding a massive brush-like Zanpakuto. Following this, a gigantic palm strike is unleashed, sending Yhwach flying out from the approach. Meanwhile, within Hikifune's cage, Askin Vaar's ability torments Oetsu, and the Kirinji fiercely attacks Haschwalth. And then, it was Uryu's turn to face off against Senjumaru. I appreciate how the anime reorders events from the Manga. In some cases, it really enhances the overall experience. This confirms that Askin vs Oetsu wasn't omitted. I was always sure it would be featured in this episode, especially with next episode slated for Ichibe vs Yhwach. I must admit, upon closer inspection, there wasn't as much original content as I initially thought. Nevertheless, witnessing the battles between Haschwalth and Kirinji, as well as Uryu and Senjumaru, was quite enjoyable. It's gratifying to see two out of the three Squad 0 captains receive the attention they deserved, considering they didn't receive a proper portrayal in the manga. Urahara, as shady as ever as well. Let me get this straight: he dispatched Yoruichi, Ichigo, and the others to battle, fully anticipating that they might not make it out alive? Essentially, he sent them in as a delaying tactic? Does anyone else grasp the severity of this? Urahara, always adept at ensuring that lingering doubt about his true intentions remains firmly lodged in my mind, dispelling any notion of him being a bona fide hero. Yhwach vs. Ichibei is next! |

| I honestly forgot there was someone with the identity of Yourichi’s sister too lol. But these people need forces right now, whoever it might be, to stabilise things down in soul society when up above in soul palace, there’s the biggest fight already under proceedings. Not much time was wasted, and we straight up started Ichibei and Yhwach clashing one another. And jesus, did they make Ichibei’s power of words look super menacing?Hell yeah. That man was so dead serious and upset of Yhwach taking his name nonchalantly, that he literally made him lose his voice, until of course he recovered some bit later. Oetsu might have defeated the royal guards just in one attack back in last episode, but we needed a bit of thrill to have a balanced showing, which we did get when Askin for a short bit got Oetsu overwhelmed, slightly though, but that wasn’t for long either, he got him again with just one attack, and it was over for royal guards. That scene with Giselle eating upon Bambi’s flesh to help herself alive was… yikes. But to see what Yhwach did just a minute later was even more horrible. That man literally in the name of sharing is caring took the powers of every quincy out there, just so he could power himself as well the royal guards up. So much of their faith over Yhwach lol. |

| Auschwahlen, a turning point in the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, finally happened. Things will not be the same for the Sternritters, especially Bazz-B, who's not a tiny bit happy with his leader. The Auschwahlen end was by far the best part of the whole episode, it looked and sounded like a movie, oddly beautiful as Yhwach shows he couldn't care less about sacrificing his own people.  |
| Yes!! What a great episode! Squad zero vs the quincy royal guards go brrrr. Ōetsu Nimaiya once again showed how cool and awesome he is. He willingly cut himself to drain out his blood. Deathdealing got nothing on him. Kirinji came in clutch the hot spring water to replace Nimaiya's blood. That scene with Gigi and Bambi disgust me. Gigi is a necrophiliac confirm. Poor Bambi. She didn't have to go out like that : ( But Yhwach's Auswählen was peak! I got goosebumps from witnessing such a magnificent spectacle. But all the useless quincies had to suffer in return. Let's goooo! Let the annual purge commence!!!! |

| The Zero squad did well in holding them for a while. But again their enemies have such broken abilities. I guess the tides have now turned. The anime does feel a lot more than the manga. Can't wait to see how things go now!! |

| Was really disappointed by the new fights, if you can even call them that. Senjumaru using an umbrella to reflect reishi was interesting, but that wasn't her actual zanpakuto afaik. Also Kirio didn't do anything except regrow the "womb". I did like the latter half of the episode though since it felt more dramatic than the manga events it adapted. |

| I finally heard bro Uryu's voice, it has been so long... no Ichigo for today's episode. RIP Bambi. Even in that state, a guy dressed as a gal is disgustingly wasting/playing with her body. It was creepy. |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| its always the same formule lol, soul reapers have a powerup, but its not enough, because the enemy gets a power up too, but the soul reapers get another power up and so on. anyway, gangster guy is still the coolest guy around |

| That Auswahlen was just pure awesomeness. Blows the manga one out of the water. I'm going to miss Candice tho. The Squad 0 vs Uryu and the rest were a welcomed addition. In the manga the whole battle happens onscreen, so it's nice to see the anime is gonna redeem them. Senjumaru is perhaps the coolest Squad 0 member. |

That Bambi and Gigi scene might be the most disturbing thing I can remember from this anime. Also, I have no idea how that one sternritter's blood power is supposed to work.

Askin's power is that he can change the value of fatal dosage of anything he consumes. In the episode you see him drink a lot of blood, and after that Nimaiya's own blood becomes toxic and starts to kill him. So Nimaiya slices his neck to let out some of his own blood. Askin has other powers related to poison, and he can also make himself immune to to the attacks of his enemies by taking in reishi and increasing the fatal dosage level. He's a very tricky opponent as you see. |

| Oh boy now Yhwach finally showed up what he came for. Auswahlen is a frightening power... Now Ichibei and the Palace Shinigami got surely more in their plate than they knew. I just wish YH could have drained Gewelle's reiatsu right away... this damn fword. Anyways, let's see the way Seireitei will act. |

| All this action packed into one episode is insane. Ichibe vs. Yhwach was incredible, and I'm also glad to see Uryu back in action despite him being on the other side now. That scene with Giselle and Bambi was definitely messed up though... oh well, onto the finale. |

| Lol Gigi, admiring Bambi's dead body. On the other hand, it's kinda amazing that Uryu has learned how to use Blut Vene and can go toe to toe with Senjumaru for a bit. Also Tenjiro has revealed his Zanpakuto (as compared to the manga where he revealed it earlier before Nianzol's appearance). Then things became dire for Yhwach and co. and there you go, he finally uses Auswählen to render what Ichibe did to him useless and to empower his royal guards and also Uryu and Haschwalth. Even though squad zero planned for the Quincy to enter the Royal Palace, I think the tables have turned for them. And then Ukitake appeared at the end of the episode, ready to help. Ok, onward to the last episode of TYBW part 2! |
