Those are Resistance members, Androids as well, but not new YorHa Models, but the earlier ones dumped and partially left behind in the past few hundred years. Humans only exist on the Moon, they are a few hundred thousand, so obviously they wouldn't fight. |

| The music is so good, I had my doubts with that first episode but this one was really good, it is a shame anime viewers never got to experience what it is like to remove that OS chip haha. |

| The animation, the soundtracks are amazing. Idk anything about the game but I can see people really like it thus far and so am I tbh. Also this anime actually made me feel slightly emotional for a robot who waters plants. Very interesting needa see more of this!! |

| A far better this time around thanks to immensely better directing, music, and visuals this time around. Wasn't really that sold on the emotional segment with the normal robots and all, but it was fairly nice for what it's worth. The exposition could've been much done better, though. Helps to know that most of the 86 anime staff was involved for this one, which helps me actually enjoy things this time around. That being said, this doesn't really change my current feelings about this series rating-wise, despite my familiarity with the game (though it's been a LONG while tbf), but hopefully it can only go up from here. It can easily fall back into ruin, though, given how embarrassing the production status of this anime is right now....if only they got more time. God dammit Sony. |

| DEFINITELY A LOT BETTER THAN EP1. More info-dumping but it's rather to explore more on the world they live in. They also used some of the game soundtrack. Overall for the anime itself, I can give this a 7/10, so many emotions coming near. Also a pretty rare thing that I like the ED more than the OP in Nier Automata. Amazarashi with another banger as always since 86. |
Instead of an exact copy of the game's story like last episode, we actually get an anime original one like I'm trying to recall the events of the game on how 2B and 9S landed where its actually different. Resistance using mostly AKS-74Us even after 3000 years would make Brandon Herrera go crazy that AKs are still in use on that timeline. I dunno if anyone else get the reference of the flowers but I could feel what they actually mean because I was playing Replicant. Makes me want to play Automata again after finishing my Replicant runs. |
| I think it's crazy how some people are focusing so much on the graphics to talk shit about this anime. We're past all that when it comes to NieR. The storytelling, the build up, the soundtrack... NieR makes you think, instead of being passive and look at pretty graphics that you will forget at the next beautiful thing you see. Episode 2 was great. I don't know who Lily is but it's already different from the game. So far so good. |

| AYO MADDD THAT PUPPET ENDING i got curious so i deleted the OS chip in-game and whaddya know, it instakilled me and gave me a new ending on my save belt thanks A-1, i didnt even know that existed |
