Neither good nor bad, but I found the last scene to be anti-climatic. The soundtracks and voice acting needs more work.

This episode was so good, I had to get back in mal and comment. From animation to ost to screenplay, everything was awesome.

There'd be some obvious outcome, I mean most fav character and mc can't die yet. But this ep just caught me offguard. Brilliant.

HOLY SHIT, what an episode. Chainsaw man constantly catches me off guard by taking unexpected turns that I wouldn't expect an anime to take. But this episode took my breath away. After that first gunshot the world around me ceased to exist and I was solely focused on what was transpiring before me. Those 12 minutes were some of the most tense, terrifying seconds of any anime and had me genuinely worried the writers were going to kill everyone. And that's not even talking about the insane action. Chainsaw Man is still sitting comfy at a 9/10 but this episode is a 10/10.

Marvelous episode. The best one so far in terms of literally everything: direction, visuals, audio, scenario. It was like watching an anime movie, just condensed into standard length episode. Bravo, MAPPA!

I was joking but not really because Eromanga Sensei is in my top 5 all-time favorite shows and I even own the Aniplex Blu-ray volumes which cost me $350.

The episode was the biggest compilation of plot twists I've seen so far.
Everything escalated from 0 to 100 in matter of mere minutes, but too many people 'died' for my liking. It's obvious from the moment of the first death that there'll be some gimmick to turn everything back to normal, but as casualties piled up, it was becoming a bit too obvious to the point where the shock factor diminished. In my opinion the best course of action would be to only 'kill' a few minor characters.
But nonetheless the episode was still solid, it showed the disparity in strength between devils and how at the end of the day, a single gun is the strongest. Can't help but wonder how everything will go back to normal.

This episode was thrilling. i was on the edge of my seat because i did not expect Makima to be shot in the head like that. I like how the hit squad took all the devil hunters out at the same time. But i couldn't believe they shot Denji in the head to but since this anime is about him I doubt he's actually dead. Cant wait for the next episode.

This was a beautifully directed episode. The camera angles were so cinematic reminded me of Road to Perdition in a lot of ways. Don't know if there will ever be a seamless blend of CGI and this style of animation (the contrast is so prominent). And TK with the ED at the end was a great surprise, almost always a pleasure to hear a song from him. Never read the manga but on the edge of my seat to see what happens next.

The cinematic flair is way stronger than the previous episode, but the flow of the action is worse than ep 4 or the short bits of ep 6 [except the slow motion]. The hand movement of the ghost devil was great.

This is where the real story starts progressing.

OMG!! Great episode, good fight, but not as good as the manga. CGI was indeed there again, and I can’t help but be bothered every time for some reason. Never had any issues with CGI in my life, but here in this anime is so annoying and ruins a lot of action sequences and flow of the fight (which is already not that well directed).

Seriously bruh, where the heck your deal goin on after that, Himeno, and, Denji? Its all lies? Or so just to make the flag was indeed flying really high there.

Another cool name devil being revealed, but man idk what the power level they've use there. Cause the fox devil lost to that Denji-like person? Even manage to survive against Aki curse nail? Then the full-form of the ghost devil too? And made Himeno actually become a real ghost? Then, everyone getting shot? Dude, wtf goin on there?

Meanwhile, as expected, Denji chillin in the corner, taking a good nap! xd

so boss chick is dead after mc gave up sex with a different girl because he wanted dead chick to be his first time? and then the chick he could've had sex with is dead now, too? that's some shit hahahaha. but actually, i'm glad it didn't happen because statutory rape is fucked up and it wasn't cool how this show portrayed/portrays it

so all these people that murdered the devil hunters are working with the gun devil? or something...? is it really just going to be sword guy, mc, and devil girl that are the only ones left alive? (at least out of the main 5-7 characters). because obviously mc won't die

but wow, that girl sacrificing herself like that to save the guy she liked. and then still losing.

sword guy has his devil contract and a curse contract? wtf was that sword/blade devil looking dude (another fiend?)? fiend girl called it a "spike"? and who the heck was that chick that was in charge of the spike? and she had some super elite curse of her own? wtf is going on? lmao

NO SPOILERS. i'm just talking out loud. i'll figure it out as the show explains it. just so many questions in my head right now

Ah yes things really kick off starting here, the adaptation is truly remarkable. Loving the action sequences no matter what the haters are saying.

Now the scenes outside of the action? Not so impressive. Especially with moving objects, if in cars or a train the background people look very fake to me for instance. Because the more important moments impress me I suppose had to skimp elsewhere.
