| Aitakatta!!!!!!!!!!!! Wrong file lol... Kasumin screwed it. But, maybe, that vid is more interesting than the real one even an action school idol is very interesting enough. Lanzhu vs Yuu 0.o Lanzhu is not looking that evil, but the war has started. That will be very interesting one to watch. Lanzhu's new song, Eutopia, was on fire, it was totally awesome. I really love it at first sight. The ED is cute as always. |

Lanzhu masterclass incoming Great episode omg, they did a great job setting up the conflict between Lanzhu and the girls, Shio was great, lanzhu performance was amazing, no complaints here. ED artwork is gorgeous too! Wasn’t expecting to see Jennifer in this ep! Lots of cool groundwork today, can’t wait for next week. |

| It's nice to see Nijigasaki still bringing the animation quality and the energetic mood. Lanzhu's performance was amazing and I like the setup with her playing an antagonist role in the story. Can't wait to see more of Mia, Shioriko, and the rest of the crew. |

| Lanzhu stomped them hard. Not disappointed at all. Looking forward for what they will do for the whole season. I'm hoping for hardcore conflict but since drama ingame didn't worked good for japanese fans my expectations are low. |

| The best Love Live series is back. And that opening sequence was awesome. We have the inclusion of Shioriko, Lanzhu and Mia this season and it's gonna be great. And as always Nijigaku's music videos are my favorite and Lanzhu's new song was fire. So cool. Really excited for this season. |

| It's finally time! I've been counting down the days till I got to see my babies again >_< The girls are in their winter uniforms, Yu made it to the music course, and it's open day at Nijigasaki. Great way to kick things off. It looks like Yu is already pushing it with everything she's got on her plate, don't overdo it, sweetie. Make a schedule, failing to plan is planning to fail. The new girls have arrived. Based on Episode 1, here's what I can gather from how they are going to be used: It looks like, for the time being, they are not adapting the School Idol Association arc. Lanzhu will act solo as a rival to the School Idol Club. Of course, this could change, but as of right now, she's a lone wolf fishing for those likes. Hopefully she's not as standoffish as she was in the game, but either way it'll resolve in the end and she'll see the light. Mia is going to be Lanzhu's lackey, of course, but she's welcome on my screen as much as she wants regardless. Especially when she speaks in that not-at-all American Australian accent of her. Shu Uchida is pretty freakin' great, you guys. Shioriko is also acting as a support character to the Student Council. I really hope she doesn't stage her hostile takeover. Not only because it made her an unlikeable character originally, but her taking over the Student Council was sorta the beginning of the end of Nana Nakagawa (because eventually Setsuna revealed her double life to everyone and started living freely as an idol), and I don't ever want to lose Nana Nakagawa. Regardless of how All Stars' story is adapated, I'm just so happy to have my Nijigasaki girls back. I've missed them so much. Also, if you're a fellow Love Live! stan, then it'd be remiss of me not to mention I run a YouTube channel that is predominantly gacha videos from Love Live!, D4DJ and Project Sekai, plus there's some Pokemon stuff on there too. No idea how this Lanzhu girl will manage to beat a whole Idol club with her "a real Idol does not need fans" nonsense but we will see. Overall, I'm glad my favorite LL installment is finally back. It was a pretty nice start, all things considered. |
| Say what you want about Lanzhu's personality, but that solo song slapped. I know she's a controversial character but I personally didn't find her dislikeable this episode. She seems egotistical and has high ideals right now, but they're usually only so extreme so she can have sufficient character development in the future. I'm an avid SIFAS player but I don't read the in-game story oopsie. I look forward to seeing the new characters in action as I really don't know much about them (even though I scout their cards every so often lmao) so this first episode was a nice introduction. |

| Starting off the new season with a bang, Lanzhu's song was an amazing listen~! The mix up was hilarious, it was nice for the girls to reveal more about themselves to their fans even if it was an error haha. Karin's adorable flustered reaction to her part was great ^o^ With Lanzhu revealing her ideals, its a nice build up to the second school idol festival, hype~☆ |

| I don't get how such a cinematic masterpiece as LL Nijigasaki starts with 7.56, while LL Superstar started at 8 from day one, not to diminish SS, but it was dull and an objectively weaker LL imo (among the more SoL oriented ones like the OG and Sunshine that is) This first episode was amazing, almost on par with Idolmaster. I can already tell this second season is going to be great, just as S1. Edit: I liked Lanzhu Zhong, her high competitiveness and ideals is refreshing in a LL setting, it raises the already established competitiveness of Nijigasaki and puts way more stakes. Just now I realized some people don't like her, but her character gives this series a lot of value. |

| Ah yeah, it’s time for a new season of Love Live Nijigasaki, I’ve been patiently waiting for this one and the wait was worth it, this was a great first episode, and they wasted no time introducing the new girls. The open campus started as a disaster thanks to Kasumi grabbing the outtakes from their video, the reactions were hilarious, especially Karin lol, but thanks to one of the new girls, Lanzhu, we got hell of a performance to save it, the song was very good too, I can’t say I agree with her philosophy but I think I like her already lol, also nice to see another Chinese character since Keke. And while the introductions for the other new girls was brief, I think I’ll like them too. I’m definitely excited for the following weeks, this was my first Love Live series back in Fall 2020 and I’m very happy to see its back, and on Shizuku’s birthday, one of my favorites! And I already love that ED, definitely holds a candle to “Neo Sky, Neo Map” from season 1! |

Nijigaku S1 one of the weakest imo. Poor pacing, forced character intro episodes that didn't really flow with each other nor fit an overarching narrative. Not to mention lack of direction/plot. Which is why I'm really hoping Lanzhu provides a true "drive" and at least some focus for the show. |

| I absolutely loved the first season so I'm glad this is back! Was curious whether this season was going to be more of the same (not that I'd complain), but with Lanzhu being the School Idol Club's rival while they're all in the same school definitely sounds interesting. Eutopia was also a banger, but man, I just want to say how good that MV for it looked, and especially the intro to the episode too. The visuals were definitely a strong suit for the first season so I'm glad it still looks super nice. |

| Damn, the cinematography in the trailer and Lanzhu’s performance was amazing! Off to a pretty strong start here. Pres can barely hold her real self and desires back, and that’s funny to see. Karin-chain’s infatuation of Emma on screen was hilarious too. And it’s nice to see the other characters just being themselves. I’m not the best at picking up Mandarin and Cantonese despite being in the two regions for almost 10 yrs in total, but I feel like she was speaking Mandarin here and there. Cantonese is spoken in Hong Kong, for those who totally can’t follow me lol. Anyway, that aside, credit to her for fixing up that little blunder with a grain of finesse. Didn’t expect some engrish from the other new character though, is she supposed to be following the lines of a British-influenced resident in HK? I’d love to have finished School Idol Project and Aquors before this but it seems like I’ll be at least midway or so into this season when I get to that stage. Oh well, that’s not too bad in itself, I guess. |
