| Wow. Tasing random girls and drawing on ugly eyebrows...hilarious! Invisibility power was pretty cool too. But is an actual plot going to emerge out of this show? Although as much as I can hope for a plot, I have a bad feeling it's just going to be episode after episode of new powered baddies being brought down by the rail gun. |

| Anyone else notice that the "code" on-screen of the monitors at around minute 13 was basically a documentation and random logs of IrfanView, the picture viewer application? Just with lots of random letters missing in the words. Command line options, filenames, plugins/addons, etc. Quite the weird reference right there. | I heard that there's this girl who's mad at her previous boyfriend because he left her for an ojou-sama of Tokidawai. She decided to take revenge by hunting down Tokidawai girls and make their eyebrows like hers. I see where this is going, lol. Okay so it was a nice episode but seriously I don't see where this is going. When's the main plot going this start? Is this going to be an episodic series? Also, I didn't know this is also a Yuri. I loved how the culprit fell in love with that girl, forgot her name, after she told her that she likes her eyebrows, lol. |

| The big reveal of the villain's actions and motive were so ridiculous that you had to laugh. This show has been a fun watch so far; but I do hope they start to add in some more action so we can see some more of the railgun that, you know, just happens to be mentioned in the title of the show. |

| Loved it! Stake seemingly interesting, eventually becomes a taken for a ride. But I'm not complaining, after all is not so bad, in terms of narrative and plot which may hold interesting future developments! |

| Short eye brows girl goes all Jigglypuff on the other girls just because a guy dumped her for her weird eye brows. Trying to electric shock Misaka? Um no that won't work on her, big mistake eye brows girl. Also that girl who the flowers on her head is a wiz in technology. Same with Misaka, she figured out who the culprit was easily. |

| This anime is awesome,this episode was 5*****,because they can manage fun with action.So there are probably erros in their database since it said that the other girl can't be invisible but she could..... Haha her revenge was epic,painting the eyebrows of other people :D Still a very good episode. |

| Weaker episode compared to first two. I think I can consider this a filler...maybe. I haven't read the manga though. Garden City design was amazing. |
