anime-prime said:This episode was unfortunate. It had all the aspects of being a brilliant episode. The fact that everything has been so rushed really makes the potential epicness of this episode just slightly comedic. Honestly, this felt like a grand finale to a 50 episode series, but the fact that it was just episode 10 and we know pretty much nothing about anything just made the entire outside battle more of a "what?" than a "Wow!".
The animation, the music, the atmosphere, they were all on point. But the way it was told in the narrative is just super baffling. "Who was this?" "What was that?" These aren't questions that one should be asking in an epic battle. It should be "Oh, this guy arrived. Awesome." "Wow, he used that technique. Smart!" In short, that outside battle could have been way better if it followed a more whole story.
The fight between Jin and Park was pretty epic though and the twist at the end makes me want to keep watching, even though I still have no clue what is going on.
