| The OP card where they show a green looking Kai seems to imply he or she will play a major role in the arc. I think those 5 shown will be the main focus of the arc, being Future Mai, Black Goku, Goku, Green Kai, and Future Trunks. However, they just killed off Future Mai, so why would they show her in the OP card. This is the one I meant. Where do I start. I gotta admit, this episode was the darkest thus far if not even more dark than the HOT episode. Those androids from that HOT episode don't even come close to the destruction that Black Goku is causing. Literally the entire city got destroyed. I feel bad for Trunks. His life might be one of the most tragic of any character out there. He loses his mother and sees her get killed brutally, along with Mai. And with the Dragon Balls no longer working, they are pretty much gone. His only way for bringing back his mother and Mai is to go to New Namek but he doesn't know where it is. So even if Trunk's suppresses his ki to a very minimum, Black Goku can still sense him. I'm gonna say he's probably stronger than Hit and perhaps 85% of Beerus power if not maybe a bit stronger. Moving on to the present, nice to see Goku bringing up his training with Master Roshi. Seeing Picollo and Goku pick the harvest was funny. Then Krillin appears and Goku's long gone afterward. Whis and friends eating Ramen was the most enjoyable scene ever. Here you have Whis, Beerus, Goku and Vegeta casually sitting down and eating a nice bowl of ramen. You know you're chill with your homie when you can have a nice lunch together with peace a quiet. Preview for next episode. Trunk's reaction to seeing Future Trunks. This I gotta see. I'm hoping to see Vegeta show a bit of compassion to Future Trunks once he recovers and tells his story. Like have Vegeta show his Father side to Future Trunks. That would be so cool to see. Vegeta and Future Trunk's bonding. |

| Was wondering what Black look like and damn it's a Goku look alike. Now that Goku and Vegeta can go super blue, it should be fun. Wonder what happen to the future Goku and co...die of virus again? |

| Episode wasn't bad, i liked it , wish there was more Black Goku and Future Trunks scenes. I just feel we will be let down with Black Goku. He will not be this Goku gone evil, but some weird space creature that just imitates the look of Goku or reanimated the corpse of him to be evil. Just something corny like that. |
| That was a pretty awesome introduction of the new arc. Just a shame they killed off Mai right off the bat; would've liked to see a bit more of her. |

| Being Future Trunks is suffering. Mai made it in the intro, ascended to waifu material, got to go against Black, and was killed in the first episode. And before that, Future Bulma was vaporized in front of Trunks, and all he could do was run away. To protect the "future" he's gotta abandon his "present". ... Man, Future Trunks' life sucks |

| The universe is very different and more expanded now with the multiverse than it was in the Cell saga.. All i'm wondering is, where are the gods like Beerus. Champa & the ones from Boo saga`? Where are the galactic police(Jako and such), Everyone in the entire universe can't have just abandoned earth like this.. Or atleast i hope not. also hope that Mai will be back.. i mean she's in the opening.. they shoulden't kill her off in the first episode xD |

Trunks hairs were purple because Bulma's hairs are mostly purple in the manga. They changed it in Super probably to fit with animated Bulma's hair colour (and to differentiate both Trunks?). |

| Future!Trunks literally lost everything... everyone... There's no future for him in his world. Man, this episode was the darkest this series has been in awhile. R.I.P. Bulma & Mai. EDIT: WAIT, IF TRUNKS BRINGS BACK MAI'S BODY TO THE OTHER TIMELINE, THEY COULD USE THE DRAGON BALLS TO WISH HER BACK. But I didn't see anything like that happening in the preview so probably not.  Also, if Future!Trunks gets his own page, then "Trunksette" should too.  |

| Fantastic fucking episode. This was the most hyped episode of Super since Goku Vs. Hit. Like the hype levels are so god damn high I don't even know what to say. The atmosphere and tonal shift with Future Trunks' world was so well done, reminded me of the days of the Android saga. Black seems like a really cool villain, can't wait to learn about him. Poor Future Trunks though...so much suffering. |

| Great episode. I can't wait until next week. That being said, I'll be really sad if Mai is actually dead. :( EDIT: Nevemind. I just read that Eiko Yamada, Mai's voice actor, announced on Twitter that she will be a part of DBS every week starting with episode 47. Also that Mai plays an important role in the Future Trunks arc. I mean, like everyone else said, they bothered to include her in the intro and all so I don't think they would just kill her off on the first episode. |

Its as if super man snapped some one neck and then smiled. Are they going the "black" nie path that was used in hunter x hunter? Or maybe being so obsessive with power and becoming strong has pushed him over to madness? If you realy sit down and look at Goku he is kind of villain like in his quest for more power all be it though training and not the fast path. |

Fact is, that's not the real Future Goku either, even if they look alike. Why? Everything remained the same in the future even after Future Trunks travelled to the past to alter history in DBZ. Goku was still dead in his timeline because of a hearth virus and the rest of the Z Team were killed by the androids. ...ofc until Toriyama forgot all about it >_> I'm really curious about Black wearing a Potara Earring. According to DBZ story the Supreme Kais wore them. Either he killed one and stole it or maybe Black's a Supreme Kai himself from another universe? And there is that green version of East Supreme Kai. I'm getting slowly mindfucked by this series x_ X |

| Damn Black Goku!!! On a side note...Trunks is always going back in time to stop shit like this, so does that mean if Goku gets beat they hop in the time machine for a rematch? I hope no more time machine plots. |

| Awesome. It felt most of the time like a complete different anime. Very serious, even if I had some laughs when Piccolo was working with Son-Goku on the fields :D The dark atmosphere made this so good. So that's black Goku. I can't wait to see how strong he will be. The only question is, will he get into the time of the normal Goku or will Goku and Vegeta go back to the future? I'm so hyped for the next episodes. That will be a loooooong week FeelsBadMan PS: also interesting to hear how powerful the Omni king is. He destroyed 6 universes, only because he was in a bad mood lol. |

| Ha, love it! I really home this arc keeps the same tension this episode had when it was in the future world. I fear Goku's natural personality tends to kill tension in general, though if Black manages to break his happy-go-lucky demeanor like Frieza did, I will love this to death. One thing though. How old is Mai in this? In GT she was in her 50s at least, and this is passed that. Did shenanigans happen in Trunks' timeline as well to make her young again or am I missing something? |
