Aku no Hana was a weird one in general. I never watched the show(although I might, because rotoscoping) but I just felt the second half of the story was lacking. |

Iron Knight: Was alright, but I think it got axed Girl May Kill: I liked it, but I'd understand if someone else didn't Kansen Rettou: Interesting, short and made by the artist of Rainbow Ability Shop: Interesting one shot Sachiusu: Light-hearted comedy about a girl with extremely bad luck Gohan Shiyo!: Short manga about food and a girl living in a dorm Stealth Symphony: Interesting SJ manga from the author of Baccano! and Durarara!! Love Automation: I don't really remember but I think it was fine? |

@Stark700 If you'd like yet another option, here's one by the author of Usagi Drop. It's short and I quite liked it when I read it. Not sure how you'd like it though. Sukima Suki @AudioTsunami The anime is incomplete, it just gets to a certain point and then stops, but it was enough to make me intrigued. I guess what I don't like in the manga vs. the anime is that the anime does a very good job at mood setting with slowing down and creating tension between one scene/happening and another through music and time. The manga feels like a very fast read, so there's less tension. |

Yeah, but you can do it several times as long as you finish your previous run and sign up again to the thread. The item list won't change if you always do the highest difficulty, but you would have to read other manga for the same items, so it'd still be new content to read. |

Don't worry, I'm on chapter 15, but I don't read every day lol so maybe I'll even have to catch up to you later, who knows. Some of the stuff I saw coming because of the teaser they did at the end of the anime, but after that I got caught off guard with the direction it took. I think it fit in quite nicely though. It's a shame it never managed to fully capture the atmosphere of the anime though. |

I read a lot of short manga. Mainly oneshots are stuff that are like under 10 chapters. It's rare that I pick up a good lengthy manga. But I wanna try this challenge. Would oneshots and the like count as valid entries for most of the categories? |

Yeah, just as yazio said, as long as what you pick fit the categories, you can read 50 one-shots or one-volume manga and still do hard mode. It just have to be a challenge for you. The only item that requests long-running series is the bonus item that you don't have to do for any of the difficulties. |

Yeah 4-koma is a 4 panel comic. Essentially it's in the style of what americans would call newspaper comics or comic strip. for 4-koma - Azumanga Daioh or One Week Friends My rec for the challenge - Kakukaku Shikajika Adults = Our Happy Hours or Solanin Edit: Yeah a webmanga is something that is release primarily online. if you want to use a webmanga instead of a 4-koma Annarasumanara qualifies. Just remember to read it left to right instead of right to left like most manga because it's Korean. |

Yeah, it's really easy to recommend stuff for someone with only 30 or so series read/reading. Pretty much just give them well-regarded series from variety of genres and give them a good basis for building on. I highly recommend Kakukaku Shikajika to anyone with an attention span and a sense of empathy. It's tremendously good and easily related to. |

@ReaperCreeper @AudioTsunami For the sake of the challenge, unknown is that you haven't read anything by them, even if you know of their works. @falken28 a webmanga is a manga/manhua/manhwa that was first published online, it would've been printed afterwards, but the first type of distribution must have been online. For Japanese manga, I know of Axis Powers Hetalia and One Punch Man, though there must be others. For manhwa, besides Annasumanara, there's one titled Nineteen, Twenty-one that I found quite good. |

@TheRegi going over your PTR I'll obviously say Hikaru no Go since it's like my favorite manga ever (duh), but I know it's on the long side of chapter count, so I'll say that I also thought Pluto, Planetes and Onanie Master Kurosawa were enjoyable reads for me and stuff I can always recommend. Besides that, I thought Mirai Nikki and Deadman Wonderland were entertaining. |
