| Of course Hiraoka would sooner or later be called out for his sloppy work, doesn't seem like that made him change much though., I think I would like this better without unrealistic scenes like that one guy trying to escape all the time or Okitsu being a badass. |

| This was fine. Far from the best episode this show's done but not bad either. Don't particularly care for the Hiraoka stuff although I can definitely see where he's coming from, since I feel that for a ton of anime I see nowadays, but to feel like that in a workplace where they still care a ton should have shaped up his attitude regardless, but there's more to come for his characterization soon hopefully. Nice to see Aoi learn and understand her colleagues' reasons as to why they wanted to join the anime industry in the first place, where half of them just joined because they like anime or just went with the flow. Aoi's trying to figure out her own ambitions on what she wants to accomplish in the long run with her role in the industry, kind of like Midori who clearly wants to be a scriptwriter and write her own anime-original story for the future to make an anime along with Aoi and the others.By looking at how anime was done in the past and by analyzing the present, she should be closer soon to recognizing why she wants to truly be a part of the medium and what she wants to do in the long run, inspiration is everywhere surrounding her, she just needs to be able to recognize it. |
| The Midori on train scene was the reason I had to came hear. She almost shouted "WHY I'M NOT YOUR FAVORITE CHAR IN THIS SERIES ALREADY, SANTIBAGO-SAN" into my ears. |

| Damn, I've fallen in love with Yano. Somehow I really loved it when she said that everyone in anime production is lazy, childish, and basically trash, but they're all kind. Why do I like how she said that and her attitude I wonder... Hiraoka finally gets what he deserves. Anyone would be angry with his horrible attitude. Glad that he got put in his place. I kinda hope Hiraoka x Midori through to be honest, an unlikely matching, but maybe she'll open him up again to a more hopeful attitude! |
