| Both Naruto and Sasuke at the verge of death. The new masked man giving the others a beating. Madara still completely owns everyone. Sucked up all the tailed beasts like he owns them. Filler episodes are back next week. Sigh. |

| Well, this was actually a pretty good episode. The Pokemons are now trapped and Madara's taking control. Man, when i read the Manga, this was undoubtedly the most hopeless situation that actually gave me a genuine sense of depression - Naruto and Sasuke on the verge of dying, Hashirama and Tobirama defeated, Guruguru and White Zetsu about to slaughter the Alliance, everyone's running out of chakra, and... Madara gets even more powerful. It's a good thing a certain somebody decided to appear... I loved Hinata tripping on some rock, and her forgetting she has a Byakugan. And people call Sakura useless? How the hell can Neji protect anyone when he's dead, anyway? First time since Madara's revival that i'm going to give a Naruto episode a perfect score: 5/5 Isn't it time for a new (possibly the last) opening and ending, by the way? |

| Well that was a pathetic episode. All 9 tailed beasts didnt stand a chance and were sucked in immediately. Hinata falls flat on her face. Naruto and Sasuke both dying. |

| LOL, Sasuke was petting his hawk! And damn, Madara was boss throughout the whole episode, the tailed beasts had no chance at all. Naruto is not a jinchūriki any more and Sasuke got stabbed. Both on the verge of death! :O And Guruguru is epic, totally owning all the Kages and asking how it feels like to shit, LOL! Hopefully the filler episodes are actually good. I enjoyed Kakashi Gaiden so hopefully this is as good or better! |

There really is no reason, but it could be because the studio is gathering resources for the final moments of the anime, so they can can give the show a good send off with decent quality animation and production visuals. It could also be that they are stalling for time, waiting for Masashi Kishimoto to start his "part 3" mini series for naruto. Because the studio did mention that they would continue the anime, despite the fact that the manga is finished. I think this means that the studio may decide to just continue into part 3 on the same series before ending it. |
