Not that I don't like manga in general but BNHA artstyle didn't suit me very well, it had this 'marvel-ish' kind of art style which is a bit turn off for me, that's my only problem about BNHA, the story seem pretty fun at least, for me.

Its a good manga but I disliked some of the things where the author used the bad things from naruto e.g Talk no jutso.

You know that this manga is the to Naruto what Naruto is to dragon ball right?

And why wont people just STFU about talk no jutsu it was used on two enemies. Nagato and Obito and Nagato is actually one of the most interesting characters the series ever spawned.

It´s not deep and complicated the characters tell what they mean, but every time talk no jutsu is justified simply by the fact that they don´t ride together into the sunshine.

The messages are simple but great since they encourage to avoid violence in a series that´s about battles.
No one does it because he enjoys it it´s a neccecacity simple but effective.

I do'nt know about Japan, but as far as the West goes alot of People did'nt even know about Toriko until the DBZ Crossover, so it did add to it's popularity

before it came out it was actually mostly known as just the One Piece X DBZ crossover

If anyone likes the Disney movie sky high, they should read hero academia. It's literally the same thing but with Japanese characters.

I'm reading arslan senki and it feels like a more light hearted and less gruesome Version of kingdom. It's done by Arakawa so I'm expecting to have a more involved story than kingdom does.

I don't know, man. You haven't watched Bleach, D.Gray-man, Reborn, or Yu Yu Hakusho yet. And you gave Dragon Ball, Soul Eater and JoJo high scores too, and they're battle shonens. I think Shingeki no Kyojin counts as a battle shounen too.

I love how Robis tries hard to attach FMA:B to the concept of HxH.

It's better than every shonen, but it, too, is trash compared to the league of good anime (Monster, F/Z, HxH and such -even the original)

Though I think I've watched enough to form my opinion over them. I mean Fairy Tail is often regarded as incredibly good series so what should I expect from everything else I haven't seen?

But I do look forward to watching the remaining battle shonen since apparantely I'm saying complete non-sense by saying that a lot of battle shonen are meh. Not to mention other flaws in them.

Though I gotta say the defensiveness of the people here is way too embarassing. Yes you can deem Kekkaishi, Getbackers, and Soul Eater bad if you watch the main shonen series, because they are, in the famous words of Jump Street, the same fucking thing

And it doesn't change the fact that Robis was talking about the main series you all watch, so even if his "all shonen are garbage" doesn't aplly, it still applies to the show you're really trying to defend

Only JD ever implies that Fairy Tail is an incredibly good series. Next time say in my opinion from the battle shonen anime I have seen so far most suck.
