| Wasn't that good as everyone has been saying, esdeath and akame fight was alright. pretty much everyone died, they rushed the episode which spoiled it, the manga is a lot better they should have followed that storyline instead of making random stuff up |

| everyone dies... the battle between Esdeath and Akame was insane. I've heard rumors about a second season?? The ending thingy definitely made it seem like there would be a second season. I feel like I would be more sad about everyone's deaths if everyone hadn't died. Like at this point, I'm sort of desensitized to the deaths of Night Raid members. Oh yeah and Akame becomes the Itachi of this place. |

| The amount of times I got that tingle this episode was a lot. I thought Akame was killing herself when she cut herself with her sword, but nope XD Leone's death was really sad, but at least she got the pleasure to kill the guy that started it. Esdeath's moves were too cool. |

| Obvious plothole. Akame cutting herself to activate her trump card doesn't make any sense. Earlier in the series she said polishing the blade was nerve-racking because it could kill her which, means she had no idea that she didn't know it was her trump-card. Leone probably shoulda sought help after taking bullets to the gut like that. Anyway, this show was the PITS 3/10 |

| This was a satisfying ending although Akame vs Esdeath was a bit cheesy. At least the plot at the end stayed true to it's beginning. |

| What a dumb final fight. Super shounen power boost (with no downside, it seems) followed by Esdeath just NOT looking up in a fight that had already been taken to the air many times. At least the death of the minister was satisfying, though Leona not disarming him after the first 2 shots was really dumb. |
| Well i have nothing to watch on sundays now does anyone know where does manga differ from anime ? is it similar to Soul Eater it fallows the manga and then it goes a different path or is it worth to start reading manga from start? |

I'm surprised that they didn't forget about the "Earning-money-for-Tatsumis-village"-subplot..
