| MADHOUSE, Brains Base, and Trigger/Gainax are pretty good imo. White Fox has some great releases, but I wouldn't say they're the best. Of course then there's Kyoani, J.C. Staff, and Shaft. |

| Madhouse. They're not necessarily my favorite, bu tthey seem to be the most consistent in terms of stuff that turn out well. |

And Satoshi Kon movies and Dezaki's anime and tons of other stuff. Madhouse has easily the biggest portfolio of titles that appeal to a viewer that wants a lot of quality. Sadly, the new management in the recent years lead to a dramatic decline in quality. Mahou Sensou, Mahouka, NGNL, PornoKano, Btoooom... That's not Madhouse, that's JC Staff tier. Other studios that are of similar quality are Ghibli, Sunrise and Production IG. Gainax are hit and miss, but when they hit they used to hit a real goldmine. Sadly, a lot of the old giants are declining by now as well. However, rather new studios like Trigger, MAPPA and David Production show promise to be somewhat worthy substitutes. Also LOL @ DEEN. They literally only have 2 or 3 good titles. Might as well vote for ARMS, Idea Factory, XEBEC and ZEXCS. |

| I consider Quality to be consistency. Madhouse has a lot of good shows, surrounded by the horde of shit they've made over the years. Almost everything Shaft has made has been at least decent. IG makes a lot of really good shows (and doesnt release 5 shit shows a year). Madhouse and Toei are trial and error studios. They spam out shitty adaptations and hope something sticks. |

For example, usually A-1 sucks at making action anime, but Aldnoah.Zero is surprisingly good because the Director isnt typically someone who works with A-1. |

| MADHOUSE have the most consistency in my opinion. Don't get me wrong they have some bad shows but I'd say 8/10 times I enjoy their work and very often they pull off a masterpiece. I'm a big fan of Shinbou SHAFT too but that is a fairly recent phenomenon and the recent shows apart from Monogatari Series have all been lackluster imo. |
