Just her weapon of choice is a Kendo Stick, past girlfriend's have chosen a more solid option and generally its a plate or a fry-pan. Maybe I'm having a culture clash here, but that isn't the case in my experience, sure they might do that when angry, but they won't go to those lengths. It's like she's extremely pissed everytime she sees the dude. Its actually quite common and almost like reflex. Especially if she has a higher position that reaction is not uncommon. Of course not every person reacts that way, but its socially acceptable. |

Far from showing friendship it would more likely indicate that they were dating. Suguha isn't ready for that escalation. |
| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

I felt the exact same way. It feels like Suguha element behind this is really forced, if nothing else, cliche. The one thing I get a chuckle at is the thought process of, "well, since we're cousins and not brother and sister, it's okay"...um...no...no, it is not. lol |

| More of the things that kind of irked me last week with Sougo being a one dimension villain and incest with big tittied imouto. I've already watched 18 episodes of this show so I might as well finish it like GC. I liked when Kirito and Leafa temp logged to get food and rest up and such just missing each other though to the shows credit. |
| At least now Asuna knows Kirito found her in the real world, that's something to hope for. Huh? I thought she knew he was the brother/cousin in the same house, apparently she doesn't know he is Kirito yet. Hmm I guess it's just me leaping to conclusions again. LOL |

| I love the way they're together in the game but living separate lives in the same house in the real world. I still don't understand why she doesn't recognize his avatar or name, really. Anyway, some sort of clan dressed in red is tailing them apparently. I wonder who they are. I'm also glad Asuna knows about Kirito being alive. It also seems like she remembered about half the code of the door while watching through the mirror. I hope those NTR scenes with Sugou will be coming to an end soon. |

The fact that Suguha thinks Kazuto won't go into any VRMMO also adds into the equation. -Reds are Salamander Players. (Green/Sylphs, Black/Spriggans) |

(Compare any of her role with her Shinku voice..) Nakahara Mai. (Zakuro and Ryuugu Rena, sound similar to you?) Fukuyama Jun. (Togashi Yuuta and his "Dark Flame Master") Heck, even Hanazawa Kana (Shinomiya Ayase and Shiina Mayuri sounded quite different... Kuroneko in her "trance" mode) It shouldn't be too hard for them to change their voice, after all, they're trained voice actors. Normally, VA have more than 2 voices that they can change to (From my experience) |

| Depends if the voice actor has range really. Lyfa and Suguha unfortunately have the same age and body type so it would be difficult for a voice actor to create two distinct voices for characters which aren't that different (if Lyfa was a loli, mature woman, or completely different personality type the VA might be able to do it though). |
| Awesome episode! I really want more.. I wonder when Kirito will figure out that Leafa is his sister/cousin... Or vice versa. Very interestingg~ Can't wait for next week, it was too short XD |
| Weird fanservice this episode... I really don't know how to feel about it.... But other than that it was pretty good. A slower, character driven episode with momentum gaining towards the end. I'm really looking forward to these last seven episodes and seeing how they play out. Also, more of Asuna. Which is always a good thing. |

| The turn which this anime is taking makes me so disappointed, I really loved the SAO part but this is just crap. Does every sister that turns out to actually be the really great looking cousin have to fall in love with the boy that for years have been her "brother"? Is it some kind of Japanese rule that doesn't apply to Swedish people? Have you fallen in love with all of your siblings? This anime is turning out so stereotypical that it hurts. And sure the fantastic main character doesn't know that his lady in distress is being harassed on the top of the tree but his determination to find her is rather weak just because some new girl shows up showing of her boobies. Sword Art online has great animation, and potential. Do we really have to make it a harem, love-triangle, ecchi kind of series. Couldn't it just stay an ordinary love story between our main hero and Asuna in a online game? Or if Asuna really has to be captivated, can't it be a story about a "sister" which starts to play the elf game with her "brother" to help him find his beloved girlfriend while she herself loves someone else. Sorry for ranting, but there is so little heart in animes today all is about getting some fan service for the boys into every show. |

Meanwhile when I read the novel, I enjoyed SAO over ALO. The atmosphere in SAO is much more intense and darker than ALO. Where we have players killin each other, raid boss, etc. |
