| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I'm assuming this is meant to be the father's day episode. Anyways, students were asked to find the meaning or reason they were given their name (I think). Yayoi's father, who passed away, is the one who named her so she has trouble figuring it out despite asking her mother. Next week's episode looks fun. Miyuki and Akane seem to turn invisible. |
| last episode was disappointment but this one was good even very good I can say :) Yayoi was so cute as a child, not that now she isn't but then she was much more good looking fight - still they lack in fighting as a team but it was nicely shown and even quite touching ending :) I liked it! |

| Easily one of the best episodes in Smile Precure. I love the effects of the rain and everything they did to the flashbacks too. |
| Very well done episode. The animation/direction of the fight scene and flashbacks was great. |
| This episode's fight scenes were a lot more badass. Since when did Akabe activate beast mode and start crushing the precure? Very sweet ep, Yayoi's remembrance of her father whilst being bathed in sunlight was heavenly. |
| The episode was very good. Learning about Yayoi and her father was both interesting and emotional. They were pretty creative with the transtion into the flashbacks. The fight in the rain against the fox akanbe was probably the best in smile so far. |
| love this episode. the fight scene in the rain was very well done along with the flashbacks. Also like that they changed the Peace thunder animation a bit to give Cure Peace a more serious face fitting the scene. |

| All of my feels, that was such a great episode! Sadly Yayoi couldn't be many years with her dad, but I hope she can at least treasure them, I teared up in the scene where the meaning of her name was revealed. And well, another defeat in the rock-paper-scissors, but I will take it gladly this week, 0-7-8 vs Cure Peace. |
